INTENDED USE The VT Volumetric Troffer combines the aesthetics and high performance with intelligent LED engines for applications - offices, schools, retail locations and hospitals. High-efficacy light engine delivers long life and excellent color, ensuring a superior quality lighting installation that is highly efficient and sustainable. Featured nLight controls system provides design flexibility and ease of installation and optimum energy savings. CONSTRUCTION Rugged, one-piece cold-rolled steel coated polyester, painted after fabrication with embossed facets. Impact-modified, single clear acrylic diffuser provides excellent shielding and wide distribution. End plates include integral T-bar clips. Fixture may be mounted and wired in continuous rows. Total fixture height is only 4-3/8". OPTICS Volumetric illumination is achieved by creating an optimal mix of light to walls, partitions, vertical and horizontal work surfaces rendering the interior space, objects and occupants in a more balanced, complementary luminous environment. Linear faceted reflector cavity softens and distributes light into the space while minimizing luminous contrast between the fixture and ceiling. Sloped end plates provide a smooth, luminous transition between fixture and ceiling while enhancing the perception of fixture depth. Advanced optical film provides superior LED concealment and even illumination across the diffuser. ELECTRICAL Long-life LEDs, coupled with high-efficiency drivers, provide superior quantity and quality of illumination for extended service life. VTLED is rated to deliver L80 performance for 50,000 hours. Standard nLight embedded controls make each luminaire addressable - allowing it to digitally communicate with other nLight enabled controls such as dimmers, switches, occupancy sensors and photocontrols. Simply connect all the nLight enabled control devices and the VTLED luminaires using standard Cat-5 cabling. Unique plug-and-play convenience as devices and luminaires automatically discover each other and self-commission. Lumen Management: Unique lumen management system (option N80) provides onboard intelligence that actively manages the LED light source so that constant lumen output is maintained over the system life, preventing the energy waste created by the traditional practice of over-lighting. Bi-level dimming option allows system to be switched to 50% power for compliance with common energy codes while maintaining fixture appearance. LED AccuDrive driver delivers full-range dimming from 0-10V control signal. Driver disconnect provided where required to comply with US and Canadian codes. INSTALLATION Unique grid interfacing arrangement provides mounting into standard 1" and 9/16" tee bar or screw slot grids. 9/16" allows fixture trim to hang level with architectural ceiling tiles. Extruded aluminum housing has diameter of 4. Die-cast aluminum end caps mechanically attach with no exposed fasteners.

Fixture Length

Optics

Optional nLight-embedded controls allow for constant lumen management (N80) and facilitate simple plug-and-play networking and control via CAT-5e cable.
Electrical

4 and 8 lengths in a single section for exact suspension spacing of 4 and 8. For total luminaire length, add 3 for each end cap. Using internal joiners, 4 and 8 sections can be joined to form longer rows.
Validation

Optical system consists of injection-molded primary optics, co-extruded acrylic lenses and metal reectors. Lenses connect end to end to form a continuous line of light.
Dimming

Dimming down to black standard with eldoLED driver.

LED light engine consists of modular LED boards and 0-10V dimming driver rated 50,000 hours (L80) at 25 C ambient temperature. Driver input wattage is 20W for 1550 delivered-lumen package and 40W for 3000 delivered-lumen package per 4 section. Specify 120V or 277V. Pre-wired with 16AWG xture wire. For special circuiting or wire gauge, consult factory. Plug-in electrical connectors included.

Warranty

INTENDED USE The MS Series LED is a linear solution ideal for open-ceiling or suspended applications with mounting heights from 14 to 20 feet. Available as a complete luminaire, based on the time-tested MS housing, the traditional fixture design offers time-saving installation options making it a favorite for contractors. It can be mounted in a continuous row or as a stand-alone unit. Its full-body construction and multiple mounting options adapt to a wide variety of suspended and open-ceiling applications. Certain chemicals that may exist in end-user locations release airborne contaminants that can impact the integrity and safety of key fixture components. Please refer to the environmental compatibility chart located in the Product Selection Guide and/or the company website to ensure that these chemical interactions are considered when selecting fixtures. For additional information please consult an authorized factory representative. Certain airborne contaminants can diminish integrity of acrylic. Click here for Acrylic Environmental Compatibility table for suitable uses. CONSTRUCTION The full-body housing and optical assembly is precision-formed using 20-gauge steel. The optical assembly ships factory-installed into the housing and utilizes aircraft cable tethers to support the optical assembly during wiring. The lensing integrates seamlessly into the optical housing to provide a sealed chamber to mitigate dust and insect collection. A convenient access plate is located on the back of the channel for access to the wiring compartment. Finish: High-gloss, baked white enamel finish. Five-stage iron phosphate pretreatment ensures superior paint adhesion and rust resistance. OPTICS Optical design distributes the light in the 0-60 deg. zone, which provides better utilization of light on task. Each linear bar is outfitted with premium, anodized MIRO 5 aluminum to ensure the highest lumens per watt can be achieved. A diffuse acrylic lens eliminates the pixels to minimize glare and improve uniformity. ELECTRICAL The MSL luminaire has 83% lumen maintenance at 60,000 hours with an expected life of greater than 100,000 hours. The MSL ships standard with a thermally protected dimming driver that dims down to 5% using 0-10V controls. Energy efficiency
The MS Series LED cuts operational lighting costs by more than 40% over traditional T8 fluorescent lighting. The long life of the LED technology also means reduced maintenance-cycle costs, while the ability to dim the MS Series LED brings even greater energy savings.

Constant Lumen Output

Constant Lumen Output (CLO) is a technology that programs the luminaire to emit a constant lumen output over the life of the product. The input power is reduced from day one, and during the lifecycle, power is slowly increased to maintain the light output of a new luminaire.

The TWR2 LED combines traditional wall pack design with high-output LEDs to provide an energyefficient, low maintenance LED wall pack suitable for replacing up to 400W MH fixtures. The traditional shape helps maintain building aesthetics when replacing only a portion of your buildings wall packs. TWR2 LED is ideal for outdoor applications such as carports, loading areas, driveways and parking areas. CONSTRUCTION Rugged cast-aluminum housing with bronze polyester powder paint for lasting durability. Door is hinged on the side so door swings out of the way during installation and service. Castings are sealed with a one-piece gasket to inhibit the entrance of external contaminants. MVOLT driver operates on any line voltage from 120-277V (50/60Hz). Rated for outdoor installations, -40C minimum ambient.

INSTALLATION Designed for wall mounting above four feet from ground. Housing is configured for mounting directly over a standard 4 outlet box (by others) or for surface wiring via any of three convenient 1/2 threaded conduit entry hubs.
