Having met in order to conclude the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations, representatives of the governments and of the European Communities, mem ers of the Trade Negotiations Committee, agree that the !greement Esta lishing the "orld Trade #rgani$ation %referred to in this &inal !ct as the '"T# !greement'(, the Ministerial )eclarations and )ecisions, and the Understanding on Commitments in &inancial *ervices, as anne+ed hereto, em ody the results of their negotiations and form an integral part of this &inal !ct. ,. -y signing the present &inal !ct, the representatives agree %a( to su mit, as appropriate, the "T# !greement for the consideration of their respective competent authorities .ith a vie. to see/ing approval of the !greement in accordance .ith their procedures0 and to adopt the Ministerial )eclarations and )ecisions. The acceptance and entry into force of a 6lurilateral Trade !greement included in !nne+ 5 of the "T# !greement shall e governed y the provisions of that 6lurilateral Trade !greement. 4. -efore accepting the "T# !greement, participants .hich are not contracting parties to the =eneral !greement on Tariffs and Trade must first have concluded negotiations for their accession to the =eneral !greement and ecome contracting parties thereto. &or participants .hich are not contracting parties to the =eneral !greement as of the date of the &inal !ct, the *chedules are not definitive and shall e su se>uently completed for the purpose of their accession to the =eneral !greement and acceptance of the "T# !greement. ?. Persetujuan Akhir ini beserta lampirannya harus didep!sitkan pada Direktur (enderal Persetujuan %mum tentang #ari3 dan Perdagangan yang segera akan menyampaikan satu salinan naskah yang telah disyahkan kepada setiap peserta.
