On this menu we have marked with this symbol GF all the gluten free items. Some items can be modified of their original preparation. Example (no croutons on Caesar salad). Sandwich bread will be replaced by gluten free bread. Unfortunately those gluten free products are more expensive due to ingredients used in their fabrication and where they have been made. We have to pass that cost along. Therefore there will be surcharge of 0.50 for those items
