MANAGER PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS.1985 to 1990 Managed and performed local and global auditing functions from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, incorporating forensic accounting, business valuation, internal control and information systems reviews, following Sarbanes/Oxley rules and regulations, FASB principles and AICPA auditing procedures. Reorganized and implemented regional centralized inventory control and purchasing systems that resulted in a PwC client (Fortune 400 company) achieving a $50M increase in profitability. Reviewed the printing operation of a Fortune 100 Company prior to the introduction of technological innovation and recommended the sale of this subsidiary to increase ROI and EBITDA. Recommendation included maintaining an experimental plant that was developing technology that could eventually be sold or licensed

CURTIS W RIGHT AEROSPACE.1981 to 1985

Provided a wide range of engineering services to Curtis Wright Aerospaces largest manufacturing facility; instituted efficient manufacturing processes for short-run custom components and introduced best practices to align production with scheduling. Initiated a successful effort at to save a $10M contract with Pratt & Whitney and transitioned an entire manufacturing profit center and related ancillary services (including scheduling and purchasing) from a pyramid structure to a customer-oriented center. Boosted on time scheduling from 40% to 85%, while realizing an additional $500K in annual profits via cost reductions.
