A.P.Housing Board has proposed to take up Development Plots Scheme at Alampur X Roads Mahabubnagar District. The Plots to be Developed are offered under SELF FINANCING SCHEME. Applicants are invited for registration of their names for allotment of Plots to be Developed. The applicants have to register their names by paying EMD in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Manager, E-Seva, MOCP, Mahabubnagar payable at Mahaboobnagar. The EMD will be adjusted in the first 10% cost to be paid, in case the applicant is successful in the drawal of lots.

Application forms for allotment of Developed plots can be downloaded from the APHB website at http://www.aphb.gov.in/Downloadtabfiles/APPLICATION.pdf and filled-in application forms are to be sent to the Executive Engineer (Hg) , A.P.Housing Board, Mahabubnagar along with the EMD PLUS Cost of application Rs.300/- (non- refundable). Those who desire to get the Aplication form by post can send demand draft to the undersigned for Rs-350/- drawn in favour of the Manager, e-seva, MOCP, Mahaboobnagar payable at Mahaboobnagar. Application forms will be made available for sale from 29-04-2013 website and Executive Engineer(Hg), A.P.Housing Board, Mahabubnagar Division. Last date for receipt of filled in application forms along with registration fee is 31-05-2013 up to 05:00 PM for General Public. Last date for receipt of application forms for Serving Defense personnel is 15-06-2013 up to 05:00 PM.The percentage of reservation of Plots in different categories are as follows.

Among all the above categories 30% will be reserved for women. The notification shall not confer any right on any applicant for allotment of Plots. Income limit per month is fixed as Rs. 10,000/- and below for LIG, Rs. 10,000 to 25,000/- for MIG-I and Rs.25001/- and above for MIG-II . The A.P.Housing Board (SFS) Regulations 1975 and amendments made from time to time shall be applicable. On selection of application by drawl of lots if the applicant is backing out for no fault of APHB, the EMD will be forfeited. During Development period, default will lead to forfeiture as spelt out in the Regulations. With drawl after allotment will also mean forfeited of 10% of the notified cost. Loan facility available through Bank & financial institutions as per the eligibility of applicants subject to the terms & conditions of Banks / Financial institutions individually. APHB shall provide No Objection Certificate and Tripartite Agreement for obtaining the loan. APHB reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications without assigning any reason. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Final cost of the house/Flat/Plot will be informed on completion of the scheme. 2. This notification does not confer any right to the application for allotment of the house/Flat/plot on mere application. 3. A.P Housing Board Rules and Regulations & Amendments made from time to time are applicable to this scheme. 4. Percentage of reservation can be seen in the APHB Website. 5. If the applicant fails to surrender the allotment duly seeking refund of EMD within 45 days from the date of receipt of allotment letter or fails to pay further amounts as indicated in the allotment letter, the allotment will be cancelled duly forfeiting the EMD. 6. A.P Housing Board issues No objection certificate and tripartite agreement for obtaining loans from banks and financial institutions at his risk and responsibility. 7. The EMD paid along with application will be adjusted in the cost of the house/Flat/Plot. 8. The A.P Housing Board reserves the right to take up the scheme or cancel or modify the scheme. 9. In a family, if more than one House/Flat/plot is allotted, one house/Flat/plot of their choice, can be retained and the other house/flat /plot should be voluntarily surrendered within one month from the date of allotment, to A.P.Housing Board. Otherwise A.P.Housing Board will take action to cancel the allotment of additional house/flat/plot as per the choice of A.P.Housing Board and the EMD paid by the applicants will be forfeited in case of cancelled house/flat/plot. No further representation on such cancellations will be entertained. Name registration fee will be returned in case they surrender additional house/flat/plot voluntarily within one month from date of allotment. 10. The physical possession of the plot will be handed-over only after registration and registration will be done only after payment of total final cost of the plot etc., 11. A.P.Housing Board deals with the applicants only, no other person or entity is recognized. 12. The applicant shall not have any right to transfer the allotment of the plot made in his/her favour and his/her rights in favour of any third party.
