Multimedia software and hardware purchased outside of this bid is are considered unsupported unless prior approval is obtained from the Director of Instructional Technology and the Director of Networking and Engineering.

Delivery and installation will not be guaranteed after April 30th. Please make sure that all purchases are entered before April 30th, and that all items are delivered, installed, and received by June 30th.
