Return the application, along with a copy of your most recent report card, to the address listed above.
Students who are not currently enrolled in Collier County Public Schools must complete the CCPS
Student Enrollment Form and submit it along with the application; this form will not be processed
unless the student is accepted to the program and elects to attend.
Regular application deadline is January 16.
All on-time applicants will be notified of their status no later than February 15.
Late applications are accepted on a space-available basis only.

preparatory sessions in order to be eligible to attend. We understand that notification of acceptance status will be
provided by February 15, and is conditioned upon successful completion of the current school year.
