How to redeem your voucher

Upon completion of payment of 3 premiums, select the e-voucher you would like to use Print and sign the voucher, email it to fia-support@fgb.ae or call 800 2700 The Bank will verify your request and adjust the discount voucher value towards the 4th premium due. The remaining amount of outstanding premium over and above the voucher value if any, should be borne by the customer. These vouchers can be used for new plans and top-ups sourced via First Gulf Bank For regular monthly contributions, the discount voucher can be redeemed only after three consecutive months of regular contributions. For regular quarterly, half-yearly and yearly contributions, the voucher can be redeemed only after the cooling off period as per the Insurers product terms and conditions. Vouchers can be redeemed post the contributions funded from the customer and have been applied/ invested by the Insurer. For Motor Insurance, Travel Insurance, Health Insurance and Single premium investments; the respective discount voucher can be redeemed only after policy issuance and after the cooling off period.
