These losses do not apply to valves with needle point type loss
Losses also apply to the in line, hall type check valve
For "Y" paltern globe lift check valve with seat approximately, egual to the nominal pipe diameter , use valve 60 "Y" valve for loss
Regular and short paltern plug cock valve, when fully open, have some loss as gate valve. For valve losses of shor paltern plug cocks.
