1. Remuneration Your basic salary is MurMur Rs 2000 per month, and will be paid and credited in your personal bank account inMauritius. Based on the category of your employment MurMur Rs 10 will be deducted from your salary every month as a contribution to the staff fund. 2. Contract Period The duration of this contract is for a period of two (2) years with Anglo info limited, from the date of commencement of employment after which h you may be offered permanent employment with the Company. 3. Working Hours In accordance to the Company working hours, your working hours is 48 hrs per week. You will be required to work on shifts in accordance to the roster of your division. 4. Transfer During your period of employment the Company management reserves the right to transfer you as may be deemed necessary and expedient. 5. Annual Leave Your annual leave is 30 days per year, and shall be taken in accordance to the Company prevailing leave policy, you will be entertained with to and fro tickets to your hometown. 6. Probation Period You will be required to undergo a probationary period of 3 months or more confirmation of your appointment by the Company At the end of probationary period the Company may confirm you or cease your employment without any notice or compensation, during the probationary period, either party may terminate the contract of employment by serving two (2) weeks written notice or salary-in-lieu of notice thereof. 7. Performance Appraisal Your performance during your probation will be reviewed through an appraisal to confirm you in your appointment. Subsequently you will be appraised accordance to prevailing HR policy.

8. Discretionary Performance Bonus Based on your work performance the foundation may award you with discretionary performance bonus if you have completed one years continuous service as of 31st December of each year. If you have been confirmed but you have less than a years service as at 31st December of that calendar year, the Company may award you a pro-rated bonus based on your performance for the period of service up to 31st of December of that calendar year as per prevailing policy. 9. Pre-Employment Medical Examination You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, the cost which shall be borne by the Company. A medical report certifying your fitness for employment will be a condition precedent to your confirmation of appointment. 10. Medical Leave You shall be entitled to paid sick leave from the date of commencement of service with the Company not exceeding the aggregate of: a)Fourteen (14) days in each calendar year if no Hospitalization is necessary OR b) Sixty (60) days if Hospitalization is necessary, provided that such Hospitalization leave less than forty-six (46) days in each calendar year the entitlement to such paid sick leave for that year shall not exceed aggregate of fourteen (14) days. c)Sick leave issued by any registered dental practitioner will be considered normal sick leave. 11. Outpatient Medical Benefits Upon commencement of work, you shall be entitled to outpatient medical consultation and medicine from the Company panel of medical clinics.

12. Dental Benefits All confirmed employees may claim reimbursement of up to a maximum MurMur Rs100.00 per calendar year, subject to the production of a valid receipt from a registered dental practitioner, This amount will be prorated based on number of completed months of service in that calendar year.

13. Food & Accommodation You will be provided with Food and accommodation on a sharing basis by the Company during the tenure of the employment, the cost will be covered by the Company. 14. Repatriation/ Relocation You will be responsible for the cost of passage, by air, economy class from your home country to Mauritius. Upon completion of your full term of employment contract, the Company will reimburse you this cost of air passage subject you producing receipts in connection to this expense in addition, upon completion of your full term of employment contract, the Company will provide you with two-way economy class air passage from Mauritius to your country of origin. In the event of breach of contract or termination of contract before the 2-year period, you will not be reimbursed or provided with the cost of air passage. 15. Income Tax The Company will not be responsible for any taxes (including personal income tax) on your behalf. You shall be liable for such taxes at the prevailing tax rates so determined by the Government of Mauritius from time to time. As an expatriate employee, the Company will provide assistance in administering your tax clearance as far as circumstances permit. Upon commencement of employment an amount of Mur $ 50.00, shall be deducted from the period of 12 months towards the provision of Income Tax. In the event of any breach of contract or cessation of employment with the Company, your last drawn salary and any monies due to you will be withheld for tax clearance purposes and any balance arising from this will be returned to you upon instructions by the Inland Revenue Authority of Mauritius.

16. Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment at its self discretion without prior notice on grounds of breach of policies, misconduct and criminal wrongdoing. Upon confirmation of your employment, either party may terminate the conduct of service by serving one months written notice or salary in-lieu of notice thereof.

17. Whilst employed by the Company: a) You shall not be employed or engaged by other person, firm or Company and acquire any interest in any other undertaking unless with the written approval from the Company. b) You are deemed to have accepted the Company rules on professional etiquette, discipline, code of conduct and confidentiality by accepting this appointment. c) Your employment with the Company may be subject to an approved employment permit granted by the relevant authorities of Mauritius for any stipulated period. The Company reserves the right to either agree or disagree to submit an application for an extension of the employment permit for you at the end of such stipulated period for the purpose of your employment with the Company. d) Except in the proper course of your employment, or thereafter, you shall not divulge to any third party any information regarding the business matters of the Company without prior approval from the Company. All information comes to your knowledge by reasons of your employment with the Company and deemed to be confidential. 18. Alterations of Conditions of Employment The Company reserves the right to alter the general conditions of employment as and when necessary and deemed fit. All employment terms shall be taken in accordance to the Company prevailing HR policy. Any alterations of the Terms and Conditions of Employment will be made known to you in writing through the Human Resource Department. May we congratulate you on your appointment with the Company. You are also required to submit together photocopies of your educational certificates, testimonials, 3 photos and your Bank Pass Book showing your name and account numbers.
