FINDINGS

1) 36% of the respondents said that they are strongly agree that effective training and development programs are effective, 14% are agree fro that 20% are undecided, 20% disagree and rest 10% are strongly disagree

2) 30% of the respondents said that they are strongly agree that they got enough time for training , 20% are agree for that 20% are undecided, 20% disagree and rest 10% are strongly disagree

3) 45% of the respondents said that they are strongly agree that training leads to enhance the skills , 25% are agree for that 10% are undecided, 20% disagree 4) 32% of the respondents said that they are strongly agree that they are applying directly on work , 25% are agree for that 10% are undecided, 20% disagree and rest 10% are strongly disagree 5) 39% of the respondents said that they are Highly satisfied on moral attitude and behavior was noticeable , 21% are satisfied 20% are Dissatisfied , and rest 20% are Highly satisfied 6) 28% of the respondents said that training program is fulfilling the requirements , 22% said that is up to some extent , 20% can't say, 20% not to the expected level, 10% are Fully Dissatisfied 7) 22% of the respondents said that they are strongly agree that they got freedom to show their skills , 21% are agree, 32% are undecided, 8% Disagree, 10% strongly disagree 8) 60% of the respondents said that got good cooperation and support from superiors, 40% said No 9) 36% of the respondents strongly agree that they got need based training, 24% agree, 15% undecided, 10% disagree and rest 15% strongly disagree

10) 38% of the respondents strongly agree that RDC is a learning organization, 22% agree , 10% undecided, 10% disagree and rest 20% strongly disagree 11) 75% of the respondents said that training has changed their performance, 25% they didn't find any change

12) 45% of the respondents said if they provide more material in advance is beneficial, 25% Said not needed and rest 30% can't say

13) 55% of the respondents said if they are aware of training objectives, 20% said they don't have, 25% can't say

SUGGESTIONS
1) Effective training program should be executed in the company 2) Enough time should be provided for training 3) training should be useful in enhance the skills 4) company should take care of employees should apply the training objectives at work 5) More attitude and behavior should be noticeable 6) RDC should see to fulfill the company goals and employee individual goals 7) Freedom should be given to show the skills 8) Need based training program should be prepared more effectively 9) company should slightly focus on change of performance 10) Material in advance should be provided to the attendees who ever attending in the training 11)
