Homeowners Association Request for Proposal for Community Management

The Board of Directors of Homeowners Association solicits bid proposals from community management companies to provide professional management services for Homeowners Association. This is being done to ensure that HOA pays a competitive price for its management contracts. Term of the Management Contract: The initial term of the management contract is for a period of two years. For purposes of continuity and efficiency, the Boards preference is for longer term contracts.
