Picture Title Ready Or Not Production Date 9th 10th November 2013 Permission for the location of 22 RAMSGILL DRIVE, ILFORD, ESSEX, IG2 7TR_____________ is granted to Touchdown Productions for the production of Ready Or Not; consisting of Simran Kabotra, Karishma Thakeria and Turiga Kanapathippillai for the principle of photographing and recording scenes for the stated film by Touchdown Productions. The permission of the site known is granted for a period of two consecutive days from the 9th November 2013 to the 10th November 2013. Permission incorporates the right to transport personnel and equipment onto the property and to remove them subsequent to completion of the production. The permission hereby granted shall give the right, not the obligation, to capture and photograph the authentic name connected with the premises and to use said name in the production. The undersign herein gives to Touchdown Productions; its assigns, licensees, affiliates, clients, principles, and representatives the unconditional right and permission to exhibit, use, copyright, print, reproduce, display, televise, broadcast, promote and distribute, for any lawful purpose, in complete or in part, through any means without limitation, any scenes containing the stated premises, all without inspection or further consent or approval by the signature of the completed product or of the use to which it may be applied. Touchdown Productions thus agrees to hold the undersigned harmless of and liberated from any and/or all liability and loss which Touchdown Production, and/or its representatives, may endure for any reason, except that directly caused by the inattentive acts or deliberate misconduct of the owner of the premises or its representatives. The undersigned hereby warrants and represents that the undersigned has full right and authority to solely enter into this agreement concerning the aforementioned location, and that the undersigned hereby compensates and holds Touchdown Productions, and/or its representatives, harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs, damages or claims of any nature arising from, emitting from, or concerning the use of the aforesaid premises except those directly cause by the
