BHAG Engage and develop every young person in the world

AIESEC 2015 Global youth voice | First choice partner | Positive Impact The AIESEC Experience Engagement with AIESEC (Ew@) Experiential Leadership Development (ELD) Life-Long Connection (LLC)

The Engagement Program is an opportunity for a young person (17 30 years old)to get introduced and interact with AIESEC, without having joined or experienced one of AIESECs ELD programs. This program canlast for 2 weeks up to 2 years. How do we run this program? We provide a practical learning and development experience to a young person, who takes part either on: an educational conference similar to previous induction programs, a mentorship program in which he/she develops a working relationship with AIESEC, a shadowing program where he/she observes AIESEC. What can a young person gain through this program? With this program, a young person gains access to AIESECs value-based platform, and he or she experiences:

A conference Educational program based on leadership, management or global issues with regard to what AIESEC does Access to AIESEC information online Mentorship programs Shadowing programs

How will this be measured on the system? An Engagement experience is measured when an individual has filled inan application form with: his/her motivation, proof that he/she understands English, his/her affiliation to other NGOs, his/her political parties (this not being a disqualifying factor). In addition to this, AIESEC International adds as a criterion the application for an account on MyAIESEC.net. In this phase they become aware of and experience the following: the WHY, HOW and WHAT of AIESEC the value propositions of AIESECs value based platform interaction with AIESEC around topics of leadership, management and global issues AIESECs values and brand experience
