OF OWNERSHIP
(Pursuant to Circular No. 26 of the G.L.R.O.)
I, ________, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address at ____________,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. By virtue of the auction sale on ___________, the Clerk of Court and ExOfficio Sheriff of the Regional Trial Court, National Capital Region, Quezon City, issued
in my favor, as highest bidder at PESOS: FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY
EIGHT THOUSAND FIFTY (P5,538,050.00), a Sheriffs Certificate of Sale covering a
THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (3,333) SQ. M. parcel of
land located in the District of Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the
name of ________, INCORPORATED under Transfer Certificate of Title No. ___.
2. On ________, the aforesaid Sheriffs Certificate of Sale was duly registered in
the Office of the Registry of Deeds for Quezon City under Entry No. ________ and duly
annotated on the above mentioned Transfer Certificate of Title.
3. On ________, the one-year period of redemption provided for in Section 6 of
Act 3135, as amended and stipulated in the Sheriffs Certificate of Sale, expired without
Mortgagor ________, INCORPORATED, its successors-in-interest or any other person
entitled to do so under Section 6 of Act 3135, as amended, exercising said right of
redemption of the foreclosed property.
4. By reason of the foregoing considerations, the absolute ownership of the
property is now consolidated in the name of viz., ________, married to ________.
WHEREFORE, the Register of Deeds for Quezon City is hereby requested to
make the corresponding notation of this consolidation of ownership upon Transfer
Certificate of Title No. ________ and that a new one be issued in the name of ________,
married to ________ in the manner prescribed by law.
