Dear Mr Wood,

I am addressing you due to the fact that my name was listed in the Annex to the
Executive Order (No. 13192) issued by ex-President Clinton effective from
January, 19. 2001. The reason for this was my directorship in the Yugoslav state
owned company Genex.

Briefly, about one year in 1992, I had political duties, following which I formed a
private consultancy "Banks & Corporations Auditing". I was appointed as a
general manager of Genex Group of companies, and held the post in the period
from June 1999 to October 2000 From the enclosed information it is obvious that
since 1995 I have not held any political office. In any event, since 1995.1 dedicated
more and more of my time to the running of my consultancy, which in 1997
became the local partner of HSBC Investment bank (I have to mention that I hold
a PhD degree in economics, and that I am a professor of macroeconomics at the
University of Novi Sad). 11.11.1999. I resigned as the general manager of Genex,
and 13.10.2000. as the member of the Managing Board and President of
International CG. Consequently, my name is no longer associated or in any way
connected with Genex, because of which it was listed in Annex of ex-President
Clinton's Executive order.

1. On 11.11.1999. I was deregistered from Company register in the

Commercial Court in Belgrade, and Mr was registered as genera]
manager of Genex.

ii. Excerpt from the Commercial Court Registry about the

change of the authomed person/general manager of Genex.
2. By the resolution of the Managing Board of International CG, dated
13.10.2000., my resignation was accepted and I was freed as a member of
the Managing Board of the Company. On the same day the Managing
Board passed a resolution by which I was replaced as the President of
Interantional CG.
Evidence:
i. A letter dated 13.10.2000. confirming my removal from ail
functions and offices within Genex group of companies and
ii. A letter of support of my removal from the Annex 1, issued
by Genex Group, dated 23.10.2000.

Consequently, being no longer associated with Genex group of companies, there is

no reason for my name to be listed on the Annex, issued by ex-President Clinton's
Executive Order.

In addition to the above reasons, I believe there is another compelling reason

because of which my name should be removed from this Annex:

In my private consultancy I will need to travel abroad occasionally and any

restrictions to such travel may impose serious and unnecessary impediments to my
work and the existence of my family.
