The undersigned received a Resolution of the Sangguniang Panlungsod requiring the implementation of Section 2, Article V of Ordinance No, 1927-2009, otherwise known as the Health and Sanitation Code of the City of Dagupan, to wit: Section 2.Toilet Facilities. Adequate and clean toilet facilities for male and female and differently abled customers and personnel shall be provided in properly located areas, in such a number as specifically required by the implementing Rules and Regulations of P. D. No. 856 in every establishment, and shall be in accordance with the following: a) They shall be easily accessible to the customers and employees. b) Adequate hand washing facilities with soap shall be provided within or adjacent to the toilet room c) It should be completely enclosed, properly lighted, and ventilated by windows or forced air removal. d) There shall be odor absorbent materials, walls painted or finished in light color and adequate water for flushing e) Basemen toilet shall be avoided due to lack of sunlight, difficulty of ventilation and cost of sewer connections. Attached herein is the said Resolution for your guidance. Please report to the undersigned your action on this matter.
