ACTUAL START AND END DATES OF EMPLOYMENT COMMON MISTAKES: At your present employer in order for AIT TO CALCULATE properly your HOURS AND MONTHS work experience please do not put UP TO THE PRESENT. Instead, Very important WRITE THE COMPLETE DATE TODAY ( example: 2012/09/03 2. Number of HOURS/MONTHS hands-on work experience in your specific TRADE in that specific COMPANY (as indicated in your AIT APPLICATION) Note: this does not include the time you spent working as FOREMAN, SUPERVISOR, etc ...kausapin nyo cya pag FOREMAN, SUPERVISOR, etc. kayu noon or ngayon sa company nyo dapat sabihin nyo sa kanyan NA SABIHIN NYA SA AIT HINDI kau FOREMAN, or SUPERVISOR. DO NOT CREATE A CLOUT OF DOUBT ON YOUR APPLICATION. CALCULATE NUMBER OF HOURS AND MONTHS HANDS-ON WORK EXPERIENCE PROPERLY TO AVOID DELAY AVOID MATHEMATICAL IMPROBABILITY NOTE: Make sure that the TOTAL RESULTS you put in your AIT FORM as to your NUMBER OF HOURS AND MONTHS work experiences and the ACTUAL START AND END DATES OF EMPLOYMENT are PROPORTIONATELY calculated (matches everything). WARNING: AIT DOES HAVE TECHNICAL EXPERTICE, TECHNICAL KNOW HOW AND GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORK SCHEDULES IN THE WORLDS BIG COMPANIES you working with. 3. type of employment ( i.e. full-time, part-time, seasonal or casual) 4. Name of your supervisor, or foreman, or QA/QC Engr., Manager etc. na naka lagay sa AIT FORM mo na NAME of COMPANY CONTACT PERSON

ITULOY NATIN BABA PA TAU SA AIT FORM Site address: If you do not have put N/A Town/City: N/A Site phone no.: N/A NAME OF COMPANY CONTACT PERSON: CONTACT POSITION TITLE: Mr.__________________________________ ________________ CONTACTS Phone number ( include country, area, code and city code) 011____________________________________

ANOTHER POINT 2nd na TATAWAGAN ng AIT CALLER/VERIFIER SAME COMPANY nyo din NOTE: Ang patawagan nyo at ilagay dito yung kasalukuyan or dating PINOY (priority) or hindi Pinoy na FOREMAN, OR SUPERVISOR, OR QA/QC Engr. or Manager na nag supervise sa inyo directly... At alam nya ang DIRECT HANDS-ON work experience nyo in your specific TRADE in that specific Employer. Like your job description or your DUTIES and TASKS you PERFORMED in that specific company and your specific TRADE ( these TASKS must include HAND-ON WORK EXPERIENCE ONLY. Again: TIME spent on supervisory or foreman duties, counter work, or on training course are NOT to be included in determining the work experience time) NOTE: PLEASE PUT BULLETS BULLETS BEFORE WRITING JOB DUTIES, TASKS OR JOB DESCRIPTIONS. AT THE END DO NOT PUT PERIOD or duldok. This is not sentences. This is points.

AGAIN I want to STRESS AIT CALLER/VERIFIER ALWAYS CALLS 2 COMPANY CONTACT PERSONS Ang tatawagan ng AIT CALLER/VERIFIER sa every ONE present and/or previous employers na pinag trabahuan nyo ay PALAGI DALAWA (Contact persons one Company HR, etc. and COMPANY CONTACT PERSON. The latter case it can be your FOREMAN, OR SUPERVISOR, ETC. present and/or previous. Moreover, the latter (ang huli) kahit nasaan cya bansa (Includes Philippines) na pwd na cellphone nya if yun lang ang available ng CONTACT INFO nya.. DO NOT WANT TO DIVULGE TO PRESENT COMPANY APPLICATION FOR CANADA

I want to place GREATER EMPHASIS ON 2 things here because this is very IMPORTANT: 1. Pwd TUNAY NA OFFICE LANDLINE NG COMPANY na sasagot ay TUNAY na HR or ADMIN. or SECRETARY

Ganito ang dapat nya gawin dito: Una tanong ng AIT CALLER/VERIFIER: Hello my name is Mr. ___________ from AIT ALBERTA CANADA. I am calling for purposes of verifying Mr. __________ (Name of AIT APPLICANT) work experience. Was/Is ___________( Applicant name) working with this company? Ang sagot nya dapat ganito.Sir, Hang on plsI need to log on to the computer and take a look at it..PAUSE for few mins.

NOTE.NOTE..Again after magawa nyo lahat lahat lahat I emplasized this ang inyong magawa para maka hanap ng CONTACT PERSONS na VERY CLOSE friends nyo sa company nyo na sasagot sa AIT CALLER/VERIFIER kung ayaw nyo malaman ng present company nyo na nag a apply kau sa Canada Or kung ayaw nyo patawagan yung mismong HR ng company nyo, Ang ginagawa ng karamihan dito ay ganito .

2.

Pangalawa ito yung FOREMAN, SUPERVISOR, QA/QC Engr. nyo etc. kahit saan Lugar cya nandoon kahit nasa Pinas or kahit saan at pwd rin CELLPHONE nya tawagan ...Again technical tanong dito DUTIES and TASKS or job descriptions at character mo towards works, etc. At more or less dapat alam din nya ang BASIC INFO mo.

NOTE: PLEASE PUT BULLETS BULLETS BEFORE WRITING JOB DUTIES, TASKS OR JOB DESCRIPTIONS. And at the end DO NOT PUT PERIOD (or duldok). This is not sentence. This is points.

UNA TAWAGAN nyo (PHONE OR CALL) COMPANY CONTACT PERSONS

Provide these COMPANY CONTACT PERSONS all your INFO like SCAN and email to them AIT APPLICATION FORM nyo etc, TAWAGAN nyo muna itong mga PHONE at TAO na ito ...mag usap kau mabuti 1st your company HR, ADMIN, or Front Desk and 2nd your present and/or previous FOREMAN OR SUPERVISOR, etc. in the latter case wherever they are.. WRITE COMPANY CONTACT PERSON EMAIL ADDRESS

NOTE: Dapat ilagay nyo rin ang EMAIL ADDRESS ng FOREMAN, or SUPERVISOR, etc. nyo kc pag hindi available sa unang attempt na tawag mag email yung AIT CALLER/VERIFIER muna and schedule another PHONE CALL.

It sounds like you are doing the right things, so they should have all the information needed to fill the applications in properly. Please ensure they fill in the proper trade for which they have the appropriate work experience and use the Alberta trade name. We don't need employer letters as we do contact the employers they identify on the application. This is why they must provide us with accurate phone numbers for their previous and current employers. You should ensure that they can read and understand English to an acceptable level as they need to be safe on the worksite, safe in the community and need to integrate into the community. As indicated, They do not need employer letters, nor do we need job descriptions, but they must identify what they were doing under Tasks and Duties on the applications. They must identify things they have done when working for each employer. Please ensure they send us their original application and a copy of their passport page that includes their name and picture, and their signature page. Very important is that they MUST have the required months and hours required for the trade in order to apply. The applications should be sent to the International and Provincial Assessment Services office whose address can be found in the Temporary Foreign Worker application guide on www.tradesecrets.alberta.ca Thanks

BROTHERLY ADVISE: If you feel that you find hard time to get it from current employer please discuss this to the Phil Consulate personnel (PHONE them first). NOTE NOTE NOTE NOTE FAST-TRACK PROCESSES OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES If you submit your application in country other than the Philippines We can SPEED UP further your application processes for Canada due to the fact that we do not have to go through the tedious PROCESSES at the POEA, thus, avoiding from POEA bureaucratic red tape - like documents processes by securing your OEC or Exit Clearance and our employers registration requirements for purposes of getting job order. Please be guided accordingly... NOTE: We would like to remind you the PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE of submitting your application for Canada Visa/Work Permit in countries other than the Phlippines. As we have mentioned earlier, in Canadian Embassy in the Phlippines there are a lot a lot of applicants so because of BACKLOG or subra haba ang pila ng mga applicante doon kaya napaka tagal mag antay ng Visa - ayaw namin matabunan ang papeles nyo. As we have all known PROCESSING TIME varies from country to country. Most countries, it takes only few weeks to get your visa. Thank you! REMINDERS: To streamline our processes please consult your FCGS LIAISON OFFICER (LO) at your group for assistance. Group that does not have LO yet pls recommend to us from among your group so that we will designate your official group LIAISON OFFICER.
