If the verdict is guilty the convict shall be handcuffed by the jail officer and immediately be brought to jail. The copies of the decision, information and a Mittimus will be issued after 15 days from the date of promulgation, and a certificate of appeal if the convict perfected his appeal within 15 days, if none certificate of none appeal shall be issued and the jail authorities will be given a copy and process the transfer of the convict from Zamboanga City Jail to San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm, Zamboanga City to serve sentence thereat.
