In turn, this will meet the needs of students of the organization as well as the organization itself. This team ensures each process is executed with Teach Values as the foundation. Teach Values is the benchmark to review, compare results and to make additional improvements. Teach Values is a system of accountability. Resources Needed Priority Date for Action

Perceived readiness of various stakeholder groups for change. Current mindset and aspects of the culture that could affect the success of the change.

The Strategy Leadership Team vision is a continuous improvement process. The stakeholders are in agreement at this time. The changes implemented by the Strategy Leadership Team will impact the organization and some of the employees are resistant to change. This mindset will be addresses and overcome by emphasizing the process and future results through constant and open communication.

Implement the teach Values as a system of accountability. The Teach Values System is the basis for student achievement. We need to introduce the concept through an initial staff meeting, ongoing training and make the concept a focus of the culture at the university. Print on each business card.

This is a top priority. The Teach Value Concept is a shift in the cultural norm.

Day 1 and constant part of the process, daily.

Potential political issues

The location for initial implementation has been exposed to this concept during the last year through my work in the doctoral program. The leadership is supportive and I do not anticipate any major political ramifications. However, it will require personal vigilance to coordinate meetings that did not interfere with the day-to-day business operation or perhaps some political push back. The main political threat is what happens after successful local implementation. It is much easier to change the culture of small team.

We have access to a small budget to print materials.

This is critical and an ongoing requirement.
