Scholarship
Application Deadline February 1st

Purpose: To provide scholarships to aid with tuition, teacher projects, classroom materials, and
professional growth to outstanding women pursuing a career in education.
Amount of Award: $500 - $1000
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a woman pursuing a career in education in South Bay and surrounding areas.
Must be enrolled in a college, university or first year teacher (educational resources)
Must be pursuing a BA, MA or a credential in education
Must be seeking a position in the education profession

Selection of Recipient:

Applications will be reviewed and determined by the scholarship committee.

Applicant will be contacted upon selection.

Awards Ceremony:
To receive the award the applicant must:

submit evidence of enrollment in school, school book receipts

be available in June to attend the Award Ceremony
