Remove the Digital VSWR alarm BTS is connected to LLVD (1st Shutdown). 1st Shutdown value is adjusted to 45V Equipment rack, fan, filter: fan shouldnt be dusty Check the feeder cable for weather proofing at antenna end, jumper end and grounding points Feeder Cable are routed properly ( no loop or sharp edges). The bending radius should not be less than 20 times the radius of feeder cable. Check if the grounding Cable of BTS cabinet is tight and Value is <=3 Ohms Total Marks Note RSL value (of all MW) and Transmit Power value. RSL Value should be according to Link Budget with +/- 6 db tolerance. Take Print Screen with date and time Check and record performance history for last available days, save PDF file Transmission equipment is connected to BLVD (2nd Shutdown). 2nd shutdown value is adjusted to 44V Separate LVP Ports are used for Individual Microwave Units Check the IF cable for weather proofing at antenna end and grounding points Check if the grounding Cable of IDU/ODU is Present and tight and Value is <=3 Ohms MW antenna mount, sway arm and bracing are tight Check if the PCM Cables are patched properly in the DDF (Pre-patching, post patching). Arrangement of PCM Cable is proper Check if the labels of PCM Cables are filled in and stuck correctly and reliably. They should be tidy position and same direction Total Marks Tighten the power terminations at Wapda Meter, and AC DB Measure the Phase to Phase voltage of RYG. Check if the Voltage value is within the acceptable range (380V - 440V)

Measure the Phase to Neutral voltage of RYG. Check if the Voltage value is within the acceptable range (180 - 240V) Measure the Neutral to Earth Voltage < 5 V Measure the Current of all three phases (RYG). All three phases should be output balanced. Note input and output voltage Tighten the power terminations Auto testing of DG from ATS Check Water Protection (broken/rubber seal damaged). AC DB is sealed and has no possibility of water ingress. Clean the AC power distribution box using blower Tighten the power terminations AC DB is grounded to grounding bus bar. Check if the grounding is tight. Check whether the Manual start-up system, water level in radiator (anti freeze coolant), engine oil level and viscosity, air filter and fuel pipe leakage are OK Check the battery voltage (13VDC) and electrolyte level, Check whether any acid mist or liquid escapes from around the pole rod and DG grounded Check the Neutral to Earth Voltage < 5volts Check the DG set chassis is connected to site ground. Check if the grounding cable is tight Check if the DG set hour meter is working properly Check the status of DG set alarms. Check whether Oil sensor, Temperature sensor are OK Cleaning / wash diesel spray Canopy/Silencer condition if broken, repair immediately Check the fuel tank Check Valve status. Check if the fuel tank is secured (Any point from where fuel theft can happen). Check the fuel tank fixation. Check the alarm indication and display functions Check the grounding protection cable. Calibrate the set parameters. Float = 53.5, equalize=56.4 LLVD = 45, BLVD = 44V. Check the surge arrestor (3+1) Rectifier; Test the neutral line current

Check whether the connectors are loose or corroded with extreme care with the help of torque wrench only All Batteries are working properly and having good backup capability Check Temperature (25C~30C) and clean the filter and ICE if present. Indoor & Outdoor units are well cleaned Check if any power connections are loose Check if the Refrigeration pipes are well insulated Check if the AC Drainage is proper Check that both Air Conditioning Units are fed from two different phases. Check the AC's outdoor & protection cage is grounded properly. Grounding cable is tight Grounding value at Pit, Grounding Bar, Bus Bar, and Tower Legs < 3 Ohms Grease is present on external grounding bar & it is free from rust Check terminations of internal grounding bar. Each connecting terminal should be installed correctly and firmly Check the grounding of Indoor & Outdoor cable trays Check grounding at all four legs of the tower Check whether the power cable and grounding cable are whole copper core cable without any connector in between The spacing between power cable/ground cable and signaling cable outside the cabinet should satisfy the design requirements. Generally, the spacing is more than 3 cm. The labels of power cable and ground cable are filled in and stuck correctly and reliably. They should be tidy position and same direction. They should be stuck on a position 2 cm away from their connectors. Check if the bending position of the power cable and ground cable is smooth. When making lugs for the power and ground cables, the lugs should be crimped firmly Total Marks Clean the equipment and room using blower and weed with in the boundary Ensure that the lighting is not damaged and AC power connections are working Check the locks of equipment room and boundary wall/fence. Check room/shelter for cooling leakage Check room/shelter for water leakage
