Job Description: CSS Strategy, Re-engineering & Reporting currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated, career oriented individual as anAnalytics and Reporting Analyst for theMumbai HR Reporting team within CSS. The position will be responsible to deliver human capital reporting to HR (primary business partner), Global Functions, and other businessesin a seamless and efficient fashion. Scope of responsibilities includedeveloping analytics &reporting(scheduled, ad hoc, data mining / advanced modeling).The successful candidate will primarily focus on providingreporting solutions that assist HR and senior business managers better understand their workforce and its underlying staffing trends.

Specific accountability includes, but not limited to Deliver standard HR reporting to all stakeholders globally Ensure all ad hoc requests are serviced within agreed SLA and of highest quality Deliver customized business review decks (MOR books) to a select group of businesses Support advanced analytics projects related to predictive analytics, data mining, and advanced modeling Manage all standard report development based on business partner requirements and drive prioritization in partnership with technology goal is to drive more towards standard human capital reporting Continuously review existing processes and identify opportunities to drive standardization and efficiency while delivering highest level of partner satisfaction Ensure extremely high level of control environment in managing sensitive HR data and reporting, build solid process documentation and must deliver satisfactory Risk & Control review against any and all processes performed by the group Communicating effectively with clients and business leaders to clarify reporting needs Facilitating reporting solutions that meet or exceed the needs of the client Ensuring the delivery of analytics and reporting according to a defined schedule that supports the requirements of Analytics & Reporting and the client

Ensuring adherence to information security guidelines Providing analytic observations and business recommendations based on identified trends Utilizing SQL, Excel, Access, Word and Power Point to extract and manipulate large amounts of data, perform analysis and create executive level reporting

Job Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5 - 6+ years experience in a data reporting / analytics function with understanding of relational database/queries Experience with query building (SQL, PS Query, etc.) Experience using an industry standard reporting tool (Business Objects, Actuate, Web Focus) Proven track record in service excellence providing high quality reports to satisfy multiple, concurrent requests Ability to manage a high demand of report requests that require quick turnaround and extreme accuracy Highly effective communicator, able to interact with senior, global business management Ability to work independently and take personal initiative Very high degree of demonstrated talent management capabilities, including been able to manage teams Ability to code using SQL and VB Highly proficient in MS Excel, Access, and Oracle Databases

Reporting Structure: The position reports directly to the Analytics and Reporting Team Lead within CSS Strategy, Re-engineering & Reporting.
