BREAKTHROUGH
For twenty years we have been trying to inform
people of the Universal Energy in the "Proceedings".
"This Other Energy", "Frana", "Life F'ields", Fohat",
"Eloptic Energy", and all of the other names it has
been called, are expressing the same thing.
The breakthrough to demonstrating this power in
the last few years now is being accepted, even though
it still is a mystery.
In the June, 1974, issue of "Saga" magazine, another
masterpiece of writing by Joseph F. Goodavage, presents
new aspects of the use of this energy.
"The American Medical Association and the American
Cancer Society have flatly refused to look into a
revolutionary test involving electrodynamic fields
that can predict cancer, heart disease, and many other
illnesses and ailments - long before any physical
symptoms appear. And scientists who specialize in the
study of seed germination can now forecast the growth
patterns, size, and general vitality of future plants
by using similar tests."

other living things and are profoundly influenced by
the power of the mind."
We have printed for years that this power is
Universal Mind. It is the static essence of the
Creative Mind that created the universe. It is the
power that makes so called "miracles" work. It is the
power that is responsible for healing through healers.
It is the Mind that created identical order in the
atomic structure. It makes the pattern exact in the
crystalizatjon of a lJ of the e Jement E. Jt ma de the
pattern of the stars and galaxies. It combined the
elements in exact ratio in water. It created every
law and principle of nature that science and religion
can only copy.
Goodavage writes: " - the Rev. Franklin Loehr,
reported that two boxes in which he had placed identical
amounts of seed and soil had - through the power of

human thought- produced entirely different results."
"He wanted to prove to his congregation that
'prayer is very real and very effective.' The care
a nd conditions given to each box of seed and soil were
identical. The only variable wa s that Dr. Loehr's
parishioners prayed for the seedlings in one box and
ignored (or in some cases 'cursed') those in the other."
"To everyone's amazement the prayed-over seeds
blossomed many times faster and produced sturdy, beau-
tiful flowers. Those in the other box barely managed
to sprout a few stunted growths. Evidently there was
something to the power of prayer, but there was no way
of knowing how the mind was linked to such power."
We have proven that this static mind of universal
power can be activated by thought, by prayer, by electro-
magnetic fields, and is the f e e l i ~ in every living
thing that we call emotions. Discoveries, and inven-
tions, are the results of people a ssimilating from this
Master Infinite Intelligence the laws of all the prin-
ciples they apply to their devices:--
"Since 1966 Backster and his colleagues have widen-
ed their investigations to include all kinds of fruit
a nd vegetables, y easts a nd mold cultures -- also blood
s peci men s a n d Ecrap j n gE fr om the roo f of a huma n mouth.
They extended these ob serva t ions into the r ealm of
amoebas, paramecia, a nd even spermatozoa -- all of which
supported their contention that 'primary perception' is
a Universal phenomenon operating throughout the evolu-
tionary scale. They had detected a previously un-
known communication signal that seemingly links all
living things, and by 1971 a California scientist had
picked up and recorded similar signals from outer
space'" (See SAGA, J a nuary 1973)
L. George Lawrence, one of our best associates, has

trum, with a bio-transducer of "living matter". (See
SAGA, January 1973)
George De La War photographed these emanations of
"life force" in Engl a nd, 30 years before the now much
publicized Kirlian effect. Max Freedom Long, another

associate of ours, wrote of the Kahuna use of these
powers in his book "The Secret Science Behind Miracles".
Dr. Ravitz, explained, as Goodavage reports: "The
cellular structure in certain parts of the human body is
completely renewed every six months. It is the L-field,
not the DNA molecule, Dr. Ravitz explained, which molds
the new material, derived in part from food intake,
into the same design as the old. 'This explains why,
even though you might not see a friend for a year or
more, during which time all the molecules of his face
and head have completely changed, he is recognizably
the same'. It also explains why you can remember
events of five, 10 or even 20 years ago when every mole-
cule of your brain has been replaced perhaps half a
hundred times". This proves that the spirit of mind
holds the same pattern in figure, and you are a re-
flection of yourself here in a matter environment.
"Edward Hussell, in his book Design for Destiny,
states: 'In their present preoccupation with parti-
cles, biology and biochemistry are in the same stage
that physics was years ago before 'particle physics'
gave place to 'field physics'. When biology finally
matures and 'particle biology' gives way to 'field
biology' the role of genes and DNA will be seen in its
true perspective."
We have explained in past issues of the "Proceedings"
that, "Time, Space, and Being are the trinity of in-
finity''. Time is absolute, Space is absolute, and
Being is the manifestation of all living things which
live eternally somewhere in the universe forever.
"Your nervous system, for example, did not develop
from the demands of a hostile terrestrial environment
(as the theory of evolution states). Instead, it
came into being as a result of dynamic forces super-
imposed on the groups of cells by the total field
pattern- your individual L-field."
"The indestructible quality of L-fields suggests:
a) that they are changeless; and, b) being changeless
they are not influenced by physical evolution. It if
possible that there's another area of being, another
state or 'dimension' where the Universe exists in a
kind of Eternal Now- a 'timeless' condition. Our
conception - even our experience - in time may not be

what our subjective senses tell us. Time might be
apocryphal - just one way of seeing reality. An obser-
ver in an airplane for example, can see what the
motorist below sees, but in a ddition he can also see
where the motorist has been and where he's going-
simultaneously."
"If 'past' and 'future' a re purely subjective, then
they might coexist with the present. L-fields are
changeless because they appear to exist in another
dimension where all time is 'now'."
We h ~ v e recommended "Sa ga" before to our readers,
as the out s tanding magazine to keep up with the times.
Uri Geller, a young Israeli, is confounding the
scientific field, by bending forks, and other metal
objects, by concentrating on the form that they bend to.
Others are now succeeding in duplicating Geller's
phenomena. This is the proof of "mind over matter".
In "Psychic" magazine of June 1974, another friend,
Andrija Puharich, who is sponsoring Uri Geller in the
United States, reports about ma ny of Uri's abilities.
One of these is moving the ha nds of a watch. "A
typical example of this feat, which Geller has done
hundreds of times, wa s witnes s ed by former astronaut

flight to the moon; the time was 10:00 A.M. . The
watch was placed face down on the table by Captain
Mitchell with his hand over it, so that it was hidden
under his hand. Uri Geller concentrated on this
hidden watch for some thirty seconds, and then told
Captain Mitchell to turn the watch over. The hour and
minute hands had been 'moved' back one hour and eight
minutes. In addition, the sepa rate Greenwich mean
time dials had also 'moved' back one hour and eight
minutes. Capt a in Mitchell bears testimony that this
demon s tra ti on was conduct e d under c heat- p roof c ondi-
tions. Science has no explanation for this phenomenon."
These examples of control, by mind, are fullfilling
the latter day prophecy of the Bible which says, "All
things ' shall be revealed." It didn't say who would
reveal them.
Puharich goes on in the article: "I finally became
convinced that what Geller d i d coul d not be e xplained

within the present boundaries of science. This made
the quest all the more exciting because it allowed the
possibility of extending the frontiers of science into
totally unknown areas. But I had no intellectual tools
that would allow progress in such unknown realms. This
dilemma was resolved for me on December 1, 1971, when
in the course of a routine hypnosis experiment with Uri
Geller a voice appeared from, or near him, which announc-
ed itself as a representative of an extraterrestrial
power."
What biological science doesn't seem to grasp is
that the brain is a bio-transducer that can transcend
the mundane level of human thinking and reception of
thoughts. The inner ear is a transducer that converts
sound into electrical impulses to the brain computor.
Uri Geller attributes ability to control, bend,
and break metal to extraterrestrial power working

Puharich further relates in the Geller article:
"I have tried to determind the purpose of this
with man in our time. I am told that the
beings from Hoova have been observing earth for some
20,000 years. They have made contact with earth men
only intermitently in this period. Some of the admit-
ed contactees are well known figures in history. How-
ever, the relationship has always been kept secret.
For reasons unknown the pledge of secrecy has been
relaxed in our time. I am now asked to reveal the
communications from Hoova to ma n. J do not know who
else on earth is in communication with Hoova."
"All of the phenomena exhibited by Geller are pro-
ducts of the advanced ideas, science, and civilization
of Hoova. They seem to have solved every problem that
now plagues earth and its inhabitants. I would say
that their great achievements rest on three sciences
unknown to man."

" 1. The power to cause objects to disappear,
translocate, and appear elsewhere.
2. Total control over biological systems ranging
from d ~ s i g n , reproduction and healing repair, to the
imprinting of feelings and ideas.
3. The ability to travel across time (in the way
we travel across space) in what we would consider to be
no-time."
'The UFO seems to be a time machine that can
carry out these three broad functions.
"The basic attitude of the beings from Hoova toward
man appears to be benevolent. The life span on Hoova
averages about a million years. Hoova wants to help man,
but feels that man is scarcely capable of accepting
Hoova or carrying on a civilized discourse. A being
from Hoova affirms that there is a God in the universe
who cannot be reached by any being except as an idea.
Such is the sketchy profile we have of Hoova. Were
it not for the tangible reality of Uri Geller none of
this would be believable."
Puharich is a true scientist who asks for help from
others as he ends h1s article by saying: "It appears
to me that it is necessary to alert those leaders who
already accept the evjdence of UFO existence, and to
try to he lp them make the ir vojceF heard. A judjcjous
consideration of all the available data should be
initiated. Responsible and sensitive leaders in
governments and private organizations all over the
world should be exposed to the available data as it is
generated. I would welcome any suggestions that
would help to cushion the impact upon mankind result-
ing from its first contact with a civilization from
outer space - especially from one that appears to be
a superior civilization."
If the world is ever saved from its double-dealing
politics, its rat hole economy, and its destructive
philosophy, it will be by men like Goodavage, Geller,
Hieronymus, Puharich, Lawrence and others who use the
brain as a transducer instead of an ego.
The ultimate breakthrough will come to the earth
only when it is scourged of its policy of "might makes
right" and reverts to the universal law of the Golden
Rule.

WHAT'S GOING ON
Now that we are photographing the electric body
capacity corona, and correcting mental stress with
bio-feedback equipment, it is time to change our
thinking and the science of medicine.
Medical science has always been preoccupied with
the physical matter body. Now with the electrical
and magnetic properties of the body being revealed,
we must accept that something runs the chemical body
outside of chemistry. -----

When the electro-magnetic body is in resonance
between all of its chemical parts, people exhibit
energy and health.
Every nerve in the body functions in response to
electrical signals. Accupuncture is only an emmis-
sion outlet for pain signals and by electrifying the
needles the polarity can be reversed.
The Drexel Institute of Technology in Philadelphia,
Pa., has developed a heart pacemaker regulator which
taps into the body electrical supply and requires no
batterjes.
The human body is basica lly a fluid acid-alkaline

Russian scientists are detecting diseases in plants,
and animals, in advance of their damage to the
chemical bodies, with electrical equipment.
Mexican researchers now believe they can correct
t he electri cal imbalance that causes heart attacks
b efore they occur .
We have contended for a long time that health is
affected by the building you live in and its loca-
tion. Its composition of metal, or wood, has vast
electrical, magnetic, diaelectrical and diamagnetic
effects on people. Metal trailers and mobile homes
ha ve great electrical potentials that are beneficial
in health to s ome people and detrimental to other

people. This is probably due to the body polarity
and capacity electrically.
Metal buildings, trailers, and mobile homes become
Reich orgone boxes when they are grounded, and become
Faraday cages when they are not grounded. This is due
to the static electrical charge of the air. During
electrical storms and in dry weather this charge of the
atmosphere varies widely. We have measured potentials
in the air up to 300,000 volts before dissipation occurs.
Tornadoes, which are basically high speed electro-
magnetic vortices, whirl the atomic structure of the air
by polarity attraction, or repulsion.
It is apparent by the destruction of trailer, and
mobile home parks, that tornadoes of a predominant
positive polarity are attracted to these metal struc-
tures because the static electrical charge on the metal
builds up into a cluster of Faraday cages with a nega-
tive charge on their exteriors. High speed whirling
air does the damage, but the cause is electrical.
Magnetism has proved beneficial to both plants, and
animals, including humans, in every test run over the
years. Since 98% of the earths magnetic field is
beneath the surface of the so jJ, jt woul d be muc h
healthier to live under ground.
It is time for the people of the world to build
underground. Besides the beneficial magnetic currents,
one could eliminate the cost of heating in winter, and
cooling in summer as the average temperature the year
around, 10 feet below the surface is 68. This
would take the load off of the energy problem from the
oil companies in winter, and the electrical power
companies in the summer. It would also eliminate the
cosmic particle bombardment on people which is res-
ponsjb]e for some of the body malfunctj on s.
Peiping, China and Montreal, Canada already have
underground areas. Montreal's underground can accommo-
date approximately 100,000 people promenading its
streets in perfect climate control and one can stay
down there a month without visiting the same place
twice. Plazas, shops, restaurants and markets are
situated in this weatherproof underground city.

In Russia, scientists have found several hundred
bright spots all over the human body by Kirlian
photography. Oddly enough these bright spots are
located in the same places where Chinese doctors have
been placing their accupuncture needles for centuries.
Chinese philosophy has always taught the need for
balancing positive and negative forces in the body.
Yoga discipline has always focused on the control
of Prana, which is described as particles smaller
than atoms which carry intelligence and life energy.
Wilhelm Reich's "orgone box" produced the same
energy that now appears as an aura in Kirlian photo-
graphs. He died in jail in 1957 bec ause some govern-
ment off jcj a ls decl a red his "orgone energy" was a
frau d.
Why does "life energy" hold trillions of cells
together in organs, glands, and bodies instead of
driving them apart?
Three Canadian scientists, Tanner, Sierra, and
Ha lter , have employed a new electro-magnetic ray
whi c h speeds h e alin g by a f a ctor of 100 to 1. They
reduce the healing time of wounds to hours instead of
days.
Investigations are finally being conducted on the
dangers involved in freon gases used in pressure
spray cans. Radon, a radioactive gas, is also under

investigation because it is part of natural gas used
in homes for cooking and heating.
On the beach near Tenuna, Australia, a "thing" was
discovered that was totally unheard of in the world
before. It is 20 feet long and 18 feet wide and the
estimated weight is ten tons. The "head" is about
5 feet high with no eyes. A rubbery skin covers the
entire thing and has a woolly type fur. It has gills
like a fish. Two lumps protrude on both sides of the
head each with a row of large spikes.
Biologists agree it is neither fruit, fowl, or fish.
Upon cutting into the thing with an axe, it was found
the skin was like fiberglass, in that fibers run in
random directions. When it was cut into, a smell like
battery acid was noticed. Animals wouldn't come close
to it and appeared frightened at a distance.
The carcass contained no bone structure, no blood
vessels, or other circulatory system.
Tests run by scientists on the flesh failed to
reveal that it was like any known creature.
Recent research now being done indicates that soon
humans will be able to regrow amputated arms and legs
like some lizards and animals do.

THE "INTEGRATRON"
The new storage building has been completed and
machinery used to make parts for the "Integratron" is
now being moved into it. The "Integratron" is now
around 85% completed.
As this paper goes to press, I am on my way to
Georgia to discuss other breakthroughs with associates
there. A number of researches are going on related
to the "Integratron", in that they use the same kind
of "life force energy".
I will give a report on this trip in the next issue
of "Proceedings".
PYRAMID PRINCIPLE
In the next issue of the "Proceedings" we will pro-
vide a drawing, and information, on how our readers
can build a pyramid for food preservation to put in
the kitchen.
Much resea rch is being done in many places on the
pyramid energy principle. Soon we hope to make
information available on how to use the pyramid energy
to produce motion.

A "GOLDEN DENSITY" MESSAGE
0 mortal man, listen for the tones of me. I play a
harmony that whispers in the trees. My breath roars
through the rocks and causes waves to crash like thunder
on the beach. In each of you, a part of me is waiting
to be recognized in the rhythm of my doings. Halt
those things of daily life that interfere, that
bring you strife and misery. Listen in the q u i e t ~
My melodies are playing in your ear. Tune the
instrument of me that I gave individuality. Become
the part you were created for. Perform the operation
of my doings to manifest the light of me. Recognize
in others that my music is within. Listen for the
ecstasy and understand the symphony of another's heart.
I am there waiting patiently for you to hear, for
you to see, for you to feel the you in me and me in
you. Find me in another and the secret is unlocked
to you. The door is open, never more to close. I
play my tunes eternally and I appreciate applause from
those who recognize my rhapsody.
