Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients into bowl and whisk.
Combine wet ingredients into a bowl and mix
until well combined. Add dry ingredients to
wet ingredients on slow speed until combined.
Put a small handful of buckwheat our onto
clean surface and put dough on top. Roll until
inch thick. Take cookie cutter and cut
out shapes. Put cutouts onto cookie sheet.
Continue to roll out and cut shapes from left
over dough until dough has been used. Bake for
1215 minutes. Top with icing if desired.
HOLIDAY WASSAIL spiced
with ESSENTIAL OILS
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups unltered, organic apple juice
1 cup cranberry juice

3 drops Wild Orange essential oil
2 toothpicks Cinnamon essential oil*
2 toothpicks Clove essential oil*
1 toothpick Ginger essential oil*
*Insert toothpick into the opening of the essential
oil bottle for one toothpick of essential oil.
Directions
Add apple juice, cranberry juice, Wild

stove bringing to boil. When mixture begins
boiling, take toothpick and press down into
remaining essential oils, then swirl into the
ingredients already in pan. Pour into your
favorite mug and enjoy!
HONEY glazed HAM
Serves 1012
Ingredients:
6 pound ham w/bone
1 cup honey
cup maple syrup
cup orange juice
2 drops Cinnamon essential oil
2 drops Clove essential oil
3 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Directions
Combine honey, maple syrup, orange juice, and essential oils into
a double boiler. Stir until combined. Cook ham as directed on
package. For last hour of cooking, baste glaze on top of ham every
10 minutes using the glaze on bottom of pan. Repeat until ham
is cooked thoroughly. For last 15 minutes of cooking, turn oven to
broil. Baste ham last time and broil for 15 minutes until ham is a
dark golden brown color. Take out of oven and cover with alumi-
num foil for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. Enjoy glaze from
bottom of pan as a sauce.
