THERAPEUTIC PARSLEY DRINK

Mother Nature has given us so much to heal ourselves but it is mankind that does not know how to use intelligence to extract the healing nutrients from these natural resources. The creator, several billions of years ago, knew that humans would discover fire and we will need parsley because we will discover minerals. Parsley had always been in the flora. It was mankind who had not discovered its use until Carl Linnaeus came along. Carl Linnaeus, the father of botany and taxonomy, discovered parsley in early 1700 and he classified it as a culinary and healing plant. Today, most people including cooks dont know its therapeutic value. Parsley is being dropped on rice, potato salad, etc. as a decorative plant. Symptometry spent time in the liquid chromatography laboratory to see whether there was some truth to Carl Linnaeus classification of parsley as a healing plant. The parsley preparation is done in three stages. Phase 1 Always visually inspect every parsley leaf and remove every leaf that is not green. Some of the brown leaves tested positive for a very dangerous mold called claviceps purpurea.

Prepare only one bunch of parsley. The drink is good for one week. The parsley therapeutic beverage lasts longer than the ginger beverage by 3 days.

Add half a plastic spoon of salt to 5 normal-size glasses of cold water, in a plastic bowl. Drop the entire bunch into it and let it sit for 30 seconds. Transfer the entire bunch into the cast iron pot, add 4 normal-size glasses of cold water, cover the pot and turn on the fire. Phase 2 Turn on the fire high and time yourself. Turn off the fire exactly 16 minutes later. Phase 3 Keep the lid on for the next 6 hours. Dont trust anybody to obey this instruction because one person may forget that you are trying to accomplish a time-sensitive task, and s/he will raise the lid to see what you are cooking. Taking off the lid for a fraction of a second will bring your beverage preparation to a crashing end. This is why if you dont live by yourself or with a trusted husband/wife, you will have to sit by the stove for 6 hours. Why should the pot remain covered for six consecutive hours? Valence is taking place. What is valence?

Valence Valence is the chemical process where one mineral is loosing electrons to another mineral. The electron exchange process will result in the formation of several therapeutic compounds. Different compounds will form as the temperature is dropping progressively until the solution reaches room temperature. Dosage How much of parsley should a person drink so that excess magnesium does not cause hypermagnesemia? Two half glasses of parsley a day will be enough for the body. However, a person should always have calcium in h/her system before s/he drinks the parsley beverage. This will prevent hypermagnesemia. A 500-milligram capsule of calcium, which is taken not more than 5 times a week, will prevent hypermagnesemia. How does one know if s/he has this condition? Watching the leg move or the fingers move, without moving them, is a classic symptom of hypermagnesemia.

Kidney Disease It is recommended that a person who has kidney disease drink just about 2 ounces of this beverage a day. Drinking more than this amount will be counter-productive. Storage Magnesium is a magnet that attracts heavy metals and it allows the metals with heavier atomic weight to weaken the metals that have light atomic weight. It is for this reason that the parsley beverage should be stored in a glass or plastic container and refrigerated. Do not pour the beverage into a metallic container. Importance of Refrigeration Temperature that is above 60 degrees Fahrenheit will begin to make the parsley beverage toxic. After preparing the beverage, let it sit for 15 minutes before refrigerating it. Always keep the beverage refrigerated. Carbon dioxide will prevent additional valence from taking place. Varying Results Before Symptometry reached the 16-minute rule, it tested parsley under different conditions. It was tested as raw parsley, chewed parsley, steamed parley, or as parsley that was boiled for 10 minutes, 16 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes.

Each testing phase revealed a different result. Without going into the technical details, raw and chewed parsley only showed traces of magnesium, calcium and non-heme iron. This, definitely, does not qualify parsley as a healing plant. Steamed parsley produced four times the amount of magnesium, calcium, non-heme iron, B vitamins and manganese. However, there was a lot of aluminum in the end product. 30 minutes after cooling the parsley that was steamed, magnesium, iron and calcium completely disappeared, thus leaving only aluminum in the product. Later, we got to understand that it was the aluminum pot that had contaminated the parsley and destroyed the minerals that were in it. Aluminum is very toxic to the kidneys. A person who cant neutralize aluminum will sooner or later suffer from adrenal insufficiency, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, chronic constipation or diarrhea, heavy metal toxicity, skin discoloration and chronic anemia. Aluminum pots and pans are everywhere. Never use them to boil or steam parsley. If this warning is ignored, the person who drinks contaminated parsley will suffer from the consequences of heavy metal toxicity. The leading symptoms of heavy metal toxicity are: adrenal insufficiency and the inability to process copper (Wilsons disease).

Adrenal insufficiency due to heavy metal toxicity will translate into chronic fatigue, lack of focus and lack of motivation. We should not forget that it was the discovery of lead and the invention of lead pots in Rome that resulted in the collapse of the Roman Empire. The Romans self-destructed. Let us learn what heavy metal toxicity can do to our brain and to our internal organs. Instead of steaming or boiling parsley in an aluminum pot, it is recommended that a cast iron pot be used instead. After steaming parsley, boiling it for varying number of minutes and cooling it in a cast iron pot, there was no trace of aluminum in the product. Instead, valence brought out all kinds of compounds in parsley. The Result of Valence Boiling broke down the ionic bonds that held tight the following that are in parsley: 1. Oxygen 2. Chlorine 3. Magnesium 4. Phosphorus 5. Silicon 6. Stearic acid 7. Palmitic acid 8. Alginic acid 9. Gluconic acid 10. B vitamins 11. Carbon 12. Nitrogen

Valence made the following possible: 1. Magnesium combines with gluconic acid to produce magnesium gluconate, the dissolver of heavy metals in tissues especially in our adrenal gland to reverse adrenal insufficiency, and in our kidneys to reverse renal failure, severe lower back pain due to nephritis, anemia, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, etc. 2. Magnesium combines with oxygen to produce magnesium oxide. Magnesium oxide helps the colons to maintain their elasticity as it draws more water into the colons. Without it, feces will be dry, stony hard and difficult to expel. Also, without magnesium oxide, the venous valves may collapse to make a person susceptible to hemorrhoids or to varicose veins. 3. Magnesium combines with chlorine to produce magnesium chloride, the compound that the kidneys use to filter blood. This is an excellent electrolyte replenisher. Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis use magnesium chloride to filter blood mechanically. 4. Magnesium combines with carbon and with oxygen to produce magnesium carbonate. This is a natural antacid. 5. Magnesium combines with phosphorus to produce magnesium phosphate. It is magnesium phosphate that the anti-diuretic hormone uses to regulate

water in the colons. Without it, a person will have diarrhea. Also, the stomach cells and the cells of the esophagus and the sphincters use magnesium phosphate to stitch proteins. Without it, acid reflux will occur. 6. Magnesium combines with stearic acid and with palmitic acid to form magnesium stearate. This is the compound that binds hemoglobin to red blood cells so that oxygen can circulate throughout the entire body. Pharmaceuticals use this form of magnesium as a tablet lubricant. 7. Silicon combines with oxygen to form silicon dioxide, and magnesium combines with oxygen to form magnesium oxide. Then, magnesium oxide combines with silicon dioxide to form magnesium trisilicate. Magnesium trisilicate strengthens the internal organs 8. Magnesium combines with alginic acid to produce magnesium alginate. This is mostly what the cells of the esophageal sphincters use for cell division. A person who does not supply this kind of magnesium to them will suffer from belching or from gastro-esophageal reflux. Food goes down the esophagus too slowly when this compound is not in the esophagus 9. Magnesium combines with silicon to form magnesium silicate that is industrially called talc or asbestos. In the human body, natural magnesium silicate dissolves asbestos from tampons, hair dryers and from talc powder. Asbestos causes

endometriosis, heavy menstrual bleeding, lung cancer, cough with blood, bleeding lungs, etc. 10. Nitrogen combines with oxygen to produce nitrous oxide. It is nitrous oxide that circulates blood. People who have poor circulation will benefit a lot from drinking parsley. Do we need antacids? No, we do not. Parsley has natural antacids in magnesium trisilicate, in magnesium hydoxide and in magnesium carbonate. Magnesium chloride helps to produce over 300 enzymes that are involved in oxidative phosphorylation. This is the chemical process where heavy metals especially phosphorus, are softened and are turned into harmless substances. Role of Magnesium We may not know the role that magnesium plays until a person starts suffering from the following: Psychotic behavior. The mold called claviceps purpurea feeds on magnesium. The brain nerves use a lot of magnesium to produce RACs (brain regulators, mood regulators, activators and idea connectors). A person who is not producing RACs will manifest psychotic behavior Tetanus. All the clostridium strains feed on magnesium when it is very low in the body Depression

Vasodilation that lowers blood pressure Epilepsy All kinds of tremors Over 300 enzymes magnesium. will not form without

The kinds of ailments that lack of magnesium causes clearly shows that magnesium is the main mineral that the nerves use to transmit signals. Discovery of Magnesium Sir Humfry Davy (1778 1829) discovered magnesium in 1808. Before him, a British farmer had discovered Epsom salt (sulfate of magnesia) in a town called Epsom. Sir Davy used electrolysis to combine magnesia with mercury oxide to produce magnesium. Subsequent scientists found a lot of magnesium in ores and in seawater. Then, they concluded that it is magnesium, an alkaline earth mineral that makes blood alkaline. Today, magnesium is being used industrially to make fireworks sparkers, pyrotechnics, incendiary bombs, textiles and paper. In the therapeutic parsley beverage, it serves many purposes as well.
