OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE . Project 58 . Hospitality Ministry

This week your donations assisted a single mom with a rent payment and helped a couple with their electric bill. Do you love to cook? Do you hate to cook but love serving others? If you answered "yes" to either one of those questions, you would be a perfect addition to our hospitality ministry, Feeding the Faithful! This ministry is looking for men and women who could dedicate one hour, once a month on Sunday mornings. No cooking required! If you have a vehicle you dont need that has a clear title - like a car, truck, boat, motorcycle, or RV - why not donate it to Word of Life Church? The Missouri Heart Gallery exhibition is coming to the Word of Life main foyer soon. The gallery will display stirring portraits of kids in foster care awaiting a home with an adoptive family, and is a compelling representation of the many Missouri children who are looking for forever families. The Heart Gallery exhibition also will provide adoption information and help prospective adoptive and foster parents begin the process. Jason Upton and his band will be kicking off our anniversary weekend with a night of musical praise and worship. The passion and intensity in Jason's worship is undeniable. Jason is intent on taking everyone in worshipping range along with him, and you'll be stirred to praise Jesus as deeply and exuberantly. This is our regular Friday night service. Admission is free.

There will be no WOLK Elementary session on Friday night, November 1. We encourage our families with elementary aged children to enjoy the Jason Upton worship night as a family.

Sunday Mornings at 9 & 11 Friday Nights at 7 in the MYC Wednesday Prayer & Communion at noon in The Upper Room Communion is served every Sunday. The next Baptism is January 19. The next New Member Sunday is January 12.
