Dinesh Pathrikar hails from a small village in Maharashtra ( India ),where his father was a teacher.

He took his basic education from the same village. After pursuing his further studies in science and obtaining a Masters degree in electronics, he was also a recipient open merit scholarship of Mumbai University. Now he is running his own Pvt. Ltd. Dear Reader, First of all thanks for purchasing this different concept book and if you are searching something new challenging concept in leading a life with success and satisfaction, then this book can provide a practical guideline to achieve the same. Achievements and work with balance have its own place in life. By giving an example of juggling of four balls in simple language, the author has tried to explain the importance of vision, finance, health and relationship. Subject : Personal Opinion about the Perfect Management System Book and Software. Dear Friends, This is in reference to the above subject, as everyone know that Boss and Staff understanding is the base for an ideal company or project. Int his regard I am collecting a fair opinion poll about Office Decision Support System. I am working on this unique concept since 2005. This book and the software are now in their final stage. The philosophy behind creation of this book and software respects differences of opinion, foster diversity in different fields, and encourage research in all domains, develop new ideas, various thinking and sustain peaceful coexistence of Boss and Staffs relationship. Dear Reader, Before starting with Boss and Staff Chemistry world, I would like to focus certain questions with you. How does your Boss behave in office matters ? Work with Balance


Entire book is divided into four modules ( Vision, Finance, Health and Relationship ).Practically all these modules are very important for sustainable growth and self satisfaction.There are too many Management books available in the market under various topics, ( Eg. How to earn money, Path of success, Time management etc. ). I think ; not a single management book has equally given importance on the above four modules. Logically I feel work with balance is just like juggling of four balls viz. ( Vision, Health, Finance and Relationship ) out of the four balls, three balls i.e. Vision, Health and Finance comprises of rubber ball and fourth one of Relationship is that of glass. Though vision, finance and health can be recovered even after a short period of time i.e. It could be bounced back towards oneself. But Relationship is so brittle that if it is not handled properly the relation is bound to break or could get shattered. Those who take full control of juggling these four balls for them success and satisfaction is a by product. Entire book philosophy moves through work with balance process. If anyone organizes themselves, then only rest can be controlled. Generally in most of the cases, more importance is attached to the ball of finance. But this book covers all the related topics, questionnaire which will give proper guideline to the concerned user.

Introduction
Hello ... I am Dinesh Pathrikar,
Born in a middleclass family that was primarily employed by Government offices, I broke the trend and became the first person in my family to chose an entrepreneurial route. So business concept was entirely new experience for me. Initially I faced a lot of hurdles, pitfalls and many adversities while starting my IT business. After seeing the stiff competition and market condition, I used to wonder how I would be able to survive in this big competitive business world but I kept on consoling myself by repeating the theme Winners Never Quit and Quitters never Win and hence I should not quit and try to overcome all the hurdles and slowly and steadily moved forward inch by inch. The first thing that struck me was that customer demands completion of work within the given time frame, if that is completed successfully then there are good chances that one may win his love and admiration. Customer needs reassurance on quality and time delivery. Accepting the challenges of work with both hands which makes a self creative identity. At the end of the day, human being is mortal, and not a machine. Sometimes it so happens that owing to enormous work in hand, or materials not being available in the market it is difficult to fulfill the commitment given to others within the given time frame, then its our responsibility to call the customer or concern and convey the difficulties, rather than to make the customer to initiate about the status of work. I strongly believe in the motto that Work is Worshipwhich creates a brand name in the market. When moving gets tough, the tough gets moving. I stand by all the decisions that I take either right or wrong and leave the result to the almighty God. Within a short span of time, I moulded my companys entire system and received and ISO certificate. Secondly, my firm also could bag the certificate for import/Export license, enabling us to expand our footprint in different geographical locations.

By achieving these system and certificates, the confidence level boosted up to enormous proportions. On account of this, we got a professional approach in the entire working system and could participate in international IT fairs ( Hong Kong, China , Middle east etc ). Participating in an international event was a first break through for my company. This was a memorable experience which I will be able to cherish throughout my entire life. Looking at my past, I might have erred in my decisions or calculations in business, which could have gone wrong. Further to add to my woes the staff whom I trusted the most betrayed me either by not giving proper feed back as to when the product is to be launched, thus resulting in financial crisis. Finally I resolved myself that this sort of mudslinging or blame gaming attitude would not prove fruitful and should be stopped. I derived a positive attitude and adopted the phrase that Failure is the stepping stone of success. The entrepreneur wants something grand but the customer won't respect for it , which means to say stay simple. An important work done or carried out by oneself might be easy, but extracting the work from others is really a painstaking job and achieving this or mastering this is surely an art. Considering all this, I decided to share my surrounding business experience with you. Most important thing I learnt, it is imperative to have proper doors of communication open in an organization. The staffs on the other hand should be able to express their opinion freely to their management. The management should also give a patient hearing and suggest the pros and cons regarding the work and if its found feasible by both of them, then they should implement it. Summing up it is felt that Boss and Staff chemistry is very important for an effective organization. Decision making plays a vital role in success. Sometimes in exceptional cases the result may go awry, then one has to take reverse gear in their basic action plan. As there is a saying one should cut their coat according to size of the cloth. Don't try to set an invisible target which one will not be able to achieve. By fluke chance some may gain success in some of their projects. The phrase Everyday is not Sunday ,rule applies so logical and practical thinking is a must for future stable development.Work with balance is a successful tip for any achievements.

Considering the above Golden thumb rule, I have derived 5 laws in Perfect Management System. LAWS OF SUCCESS First Law Second Law Third Law Fourth Law Fifth Law Work with balance is the basic law of success. Root cause analysis is required on important disputes. Business growth is proportional to Trust and Faith. Time management + Practicality = Growth with Satisfaction. Earnings and Investment is equally important for stability.

Proper vision and implementation is another important step towards concrete success. If one has a proper vision, then overall success is the by product of work action with real satisfaction. MY ROLE MODELS Ratan Tata, Narendra Modi, Sachin Tendulkar, Shahrukh Khan, Raj Thakrey and Sameer Surve, are some of the famous personalities whom I idealize the most I have learnt from their accomplishments how to handle pressure, reach greater heights and yet remain humble. I strongly admire Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi ( Ex PM of India ) who brought IT for the first time in India during his tenure , despite strong opposition. Achieving the top respectable position is not a cakewalk. Only with smart work and determination, anyone could be able to reach this respectable position. Though to retain this reputed position is like balancing on a rope i.e. coordinating with family members, retaining good staff or friends and followers is an art of consistency. All these requires a cool mind thinking and mainly self opinion thought. Entrepreneurs focus should be on new and innovative or decent ideas, one that will really grow in thriving business. Now the rules of business are changed, one man army concept does not suit in many projects.Team work plays a vital role in overall development of an organization.

My main aim to write this book is to build an office decision support system powerful with root cause analysis. Family life and business administration are two different sides of the same coin. Coordinating and giving them by giving 100% time is the key to success. Though cosmetic surgery is not a permanent solution to the critical problems. Captain / Entrepreneur needs to focus on your practical actions not emotions with root cause analysis. That will help one to grow their business in a professional manner. Developed software mainly organizer that takes care of root cause analysis and other important issues. Actually everyday, life is a new thriller of suspense. To organize oneself is the need for any industry. The most important thing in life is to execute the ideas. Proper staff or workers team which has talent will not win every time, because here entrepreneurs role is also more important in execution. VISION
Targeting a proper vision means doing virtual investment in ones own company. Every investment have decision making capability, time management and risk factor. Company vision means ,directly / indirectly the core concept of the company, which gives or reads a future picture of the entrepreneurs mind set is like a mind map. A good vision should be realistic and focused. It should give clear direction to the team members. A vision should give a good stretch and challenge to team members , then growth happens ultimately , here stretch means not to work under tension, simply one has to come out from his comfort zone only then achievement is possible.

This means Vision must have sound logic with companys strength and capability. Simultaneously those who work on vision with confidence, sincerity , practicality and with time tag implementation for them success is a by product. Considering technology and requirements of the company, the vision module is designed which mainly focus on flow charts, morals , good thoughts, ideal case studies etc. Business analysis, ideal technology, CRM and time management plays an ideal role in setting vision. Companys profile is a mirror of an organization which gives complete information about the nature of business activities, technical capability, cliental etc. To represent any ideal organization either medium or small; some terms and concepts are very much important. For example companys profile, core concept, strategy, responsibility manual, organization chart, proper staff agreement etc. are the part and parcel of a companys documentation requirement. Logically the organization of the company should be treated like a family and all staffs must observe and adhere to certain rules and regulations. If reader believes in implementing these norms then only some moral or outcome will come from this chapter. Companys presentation starts from business card, website, product brochure, letterhead challan, invoice etc. Very few related clients or people visit the companys premises, which means most of the matters are resolved by phone or email communication. Though one thing I observed that most of the businessmen basically dont want to do self business but after trying luck in; open market, competitive exam, overseas job opportunity. Frustration comes after seeing failures of opportunities for job in giant companies. After the doors of all good job opportunities gets closed, then he starts searching for an opportunity to start a business. Means considerable period of time has lapsed, his age and family responsibility also increases. So most of them either compromise in their present situation. In this condition mentally he is not prepared for doing any business. For earning money, for family requirements or keeping himself busy, doing business is a different story. In this condition getting success in business is not that much easy now. Intension to say is, decide the life path with option in your college age or at least before marriage. The boss as well as the staff strongly believe that inspite of doing hard work, the expected results are not forthcoming ? The staff indirectly expects appreciation or reward. For practical analysis, I met different companies key person or bosses and sought their valuable suggestions. The summary of the boss and staff discussion is arrived as under CONSTANT WORRY OF BOSS WITH HIS STAFF 1] If boss is not in the office, his main worry is that the staff would be idling and wasting their time. They could have arrived late or left office early. 2] Habitual absenteeism of desired staff when theres an important work or project is going on. 3] Most of the time staff forgets their work sequence, appointments, payment schedule, and customer feedback call etc. 4] If any staff resigns from job without any prior notice, then appointing a new staff is a biggest headache because, once again the boss has to start training him right from the start. 5] Sometimes staff takes a longer period of time to search computer file location or forgets to take regular backup. 6] Accounting systems not maintained properly.

It so happens, that in a large organization, the concerned clerk /staff who is on leave, might have kept the documents in some place or taken suitable action, which the boss or his assistant may not be aware of, hence the boss fires the staff for no fault of theirs. 6] Sometimes staff agrees about forgetting appointments, payment feedback and also other related work sequence because of heavy work. Understanding between boss and staff plays a vital role in development of a company as well as oneself. To balance the Boss and Staff chemistry with office management system is really a challenging job and this is a common problem of the universe. Here I tried to share practical business experience, concerning work with balance process I derived five laws of success. Each law has its deep meaning and all five laws are mainly related to work with balance system. So it is important on believing rather than only reading. Chennai Super Kings scored a mammoth total of 192 runs in the limited 20 over thus setting a target of 193 runs to win for the opponent. It was certainly impossible for the Kolkata Knight Riders to achieve that target. Further to add to their woes the captain of the KKR team Gautam Gambhir got out to a fairly low start, and also the wickets kept on falling at regular intervals. In the same way, I lay emphasis mostly on unity and team work, and if these two things are more prominent then chances of getting success are more. As a consequence to national consensus for introduction VAT, the earlier Bombay Sales Tax Act, 1959 is replaced by Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002. Maharashtra value added tax, which indirectly is concerned with sale tax of the state. Taxes depend on category of goods, 4%, 5%, 12.5% etc. Sales Tax Authority should be paid by monthly, quarterly, half yearly depending on the annual turnover. Family life gets disturbed on account of over straining, extra hour working in office with lot of stress, and not able to concentrate much on their children's education and other welfare activities. On account of such stress, some of them may be forced to take medicines such as anti depressant pills, balm, brufen, combiflame and sleeping tablets. In a competitive business world, which is added with so many responsibilities, one has to apportion certain times towards health. Initially, on account of the young blood, one's health may be the sound and the body too could easily with stand such work pressure. The Mask
There is a vast difference between reel life and real life. Bollywood movies are hit due to the different styles of acting of an actor. All actors and the related team members work under the guidance of the director. Here an actor or an actress sometimes has to undergo a number of retakes before the directors final approval of the film thus getting an huge applause, resulting in name and fame and also at times winning a National Award. But real life differs from the above principles, means there are no retakes. One fatal error might discourage oneself. Dictionary meaning of mask is different from that of mine. I wish to state that mask should give 100% involvement suited to different conditions and environment. My mask is 100% involvement in handling different types of situation at various locations, in the field of communication. 100% devotion towards official or household duty or with friends and relatives in a polite manner gives the required result of mask. This means that one has to give a patient hearing to what your opponent says, then act accordingly. Adjusting or handling in two different situations itself is an art for a successful entrepreneur or concern. Do not be carried away by good looks or by sweet talks or by emotions. Face reading is an art of judging a man's / woman's mind. Though all fingers are not in the same length, but when they are bent they stand equal. Trust and Faith means belief, confidence, and credibility logically; trust and faith meaning is somewhat different. In a long run neither a single business nor a personal life analysis could run without trust and faith. Both work looks very simple but both the words are totally different in meaning. If trust and faith is supported with smart hard work then many times luck also favors. At some extent luck has its own place. TRUST Trust indicates a sense of assurance based on strong character, ability, truth shown by someone or something over the period of time in adverse situations. Trusting is knowing ... Trust can be taken for granted only when backed by proof. Trust should not be blind at least in business, but without trust one cannot complete any work as required. FAITH Faith indicates persistent action, devotion and direction and it is indirectly linked with invisible the power.Believing in God without proof is one definition of faith. Let us analyze trust and faith in detail. Faith is when you believe in something or someone will do something for you. Faith, by its very definition,requires no proof. Lack of trust between the subordinates or managers is one element of dispute on any issue...... Trust depends on two C's : 1] COMPETENCY, 2] CREDIBILITY. Both c's is proportional to qualification and confidence in the abilities. Sometimes blind trust is required but to some extent, mainly in effective communications and action plans. This type of trust is used sometimes in project work. For such type of work analysis boss entrusts the work to the most competent person to get the work done properly. i.e. he has full trust on him. Some companies however resort to carrots and stick approach instead of creating self commitment among the staffers.

TRAFFIC JAM SOLUTIONS

Businessman, workers and other employees have to reach their office or destination in time. It happens that many times they get stuck in traffic jam unnecessarily for hours thereby lot of manpower, money and energy is wasted. These traffic jams or accidents are resultant of haphazard parking in a crowded area and also a steep rise in number of vehicles where there is want for parking. After studying and viewing most of the advanced countries parking system, where they have constructed parking towers or other system in market area, which streamlines their parking to some extent. Now here the question lies whether the same would be feasible in India? The answer to this question lies in our hands. Though parking is the need of an hour and people find it extremely difficult to park their vehicle in crowded areas. So the government has to act on it on priority basis. First of all we will go through the problem of traffic jam and parking solution. Simple solution may be to build a wall at least 2.5 feet height on the divider, so that one side vehicle journey may become safe and at night reflection of the headlights from the opposite side can be avoided. As government levies toll charges from vehicle owner then to some extent emergency contact details on toll slip, free air for tyres of the vehicle and rest room facility should be provided in specific area which will give a full confidence while driving the vehicles and indirectly reduces the possibility of an accidents. I am not a right person to give my comments on taxation, as this has been designed by experts and economists. Though somehow my inner consciousness tells me that with the present population in India; we can use this as an asset for creating an ideal infrastructure, without borrowing much loan from the world bank. Our tax system is very complicated viz. MVAT, CST, EXCISE , INCOME TAX, OCTROI, SERVICE TAX , CESS ,etc, etc. First of all this has to be simplified comparatively. IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION

Personally I believe that education is very important for self development and broad outlook analysis. If everyone starts educating oneself or at least from his family then ideal thinking level will be developed from the bottom of the country. Why students from 10thor 12th standard come under depression? Why suicide cases of these standard students are increasing? Is 10th or 12th board exam everything in life? How much theoretical knowledge of one's education is used in practical life ? As Rome was not built in one day; the same way experts or professional in any field cannot be developed in just 4 / 5 years. Same in a sport an ideal sports person cannot be developed in 4 / 5 years. Though I am not an expert for discussing anything about education system yet somehow my inner consciousness tells me that education system is lacking. This means I am not against the fashion of which cloth to wear ( its purely once choice of human right ) but when and what to wear is one's own commonsense to present one selves according to the needs and wants of the situation. One has to understand the said fact from the bottom of the heart. Rest depends upon the system with strict rules and regulations. After all rape is a big offense and if it is proved then as early as possible hang the person till death is one suggestion. Or such rules or regulations should be maintained so that no one will think about sexual crime even in dream also. JOURNEY OF THE SOFTWARE AND BOOK

Books are good friends for those who like reading. Due to modern technology and wireless network laptop has become my best friend. Whenever I remember some useful quotes or some interesting topic, I note it down in my laptop. The journey of said book and software has become very interesting to me. From 2005 onwards my aim and ambition was to develop software, mainly for enhancement of my company with immediate data processing and records on finger tips. In this regard I have tried many a times to develop this software, but somehow failed miserably, I was totally depressed and sad; but somehow my inner conscious mind told me that I could make it, since I had full knowledge of office requirements and system. As the saying goes Try, Try you will succeed. In connection with advance management training I got enrolled in an institution named as Pathik Human Resource Development. There my mentor and guide Mr. Sameer Surve showed me the path of Success and how to complete the projects in time. My project comprised of an office decision support system. For completion of the project Ire had to interact with lots of team members, gathered information and useful tips from eminent personalities which I could incorporate in my software; finally my dream came true.

INSTALLATION The given CD installs the software automatically with auto run process. The set up may take some time if supporting software's are not there in your default PC. ( E.g. Crystal report, windows framework etc. ) Here we tried to configure software with standard process. I am working on the following projects : 1] ONLINE REPORTING SYSTEM Online reporting system is a web based software, so entrepreneur or desired personality can take control of his/her work sequence and guide the concerned team members for further course of action from part of the world. How to allot different types of work, is problem of the universe. Online reporting system takes care of work sequence, planner ( Daily, Monthly, Yearly ) and reminder through schedule SMS appointments etc. This unique software system also takes care of practical work analysis within the proper time frame. Forgetting the appointments or work sequence is a common problem. In this software I tried to take control on this problem. Reporting system takes care of remembering the work of vendors, staff and related personalities. To view the strategies, feedback and current action plan is the main intension of this software. Present reporting in PMS is not web based and I am working on web based reporting system with advanced email communication system. 2] MY NOTES I have always played the role student as well as that of a lecturer. So I am quite familiar with both the requirements and the problems being faced while teaching or while imparting the notes. LECTURER / TEACHER SECTION PROBLEM A] How to cover the entire syllabus within the given time frame. B] What to teach in the current lecture ? What examples, case studies, or morals is to be discussed ? This means many a times, in same class examples are being repeated once again or omitted. C] How to match the wavelengths with different categories of students? D] Now a day's the trend in most of the teachers, is using of laptops for teaching purpose.

But how to save and retrieve required information quickly with simplicity is their main problem. STUDENT SECTION NOTES REQUIREMENT A] How to save or retrieve any notes with simplicity ? B] Student always requires reminder, time counter and planner for reading or locating the notes. C] To remember laws, definition or some important information, continuous reading or mugging is required. A software I wish to devote on simplified learning through record and play system. Here simple voice analyzer plays an important role in remembering notes. Now present PMS software file tracking system may be used for only saving or searching data I wish to lay more emphasis notes issues.

DREAM INDIA ( INFRASTRUCTURE AND SELF RESPONSIBILITY ) One of the important dream project. The key of the project is without overloading the present tax system, infrastructure can be developed. All these mainly requires specific vision and calculated risk taking capability attitude by Government. FIRST STEP Educational compulsion to all citizens is first and the most basic need in this project. Strict control over pollution is the second major need. Mixed religion should be the strength, not the weakness. So everyone must have pride of their self religion and other religion also. But in many cases condition found here is somewhat different, due to political background or so, some public show pride of self religion only outside their residence. To come out from this confusion, government must make certain balance rules to maintain equal rights to all citizens. From this unity and equality will grow in each and every hearts of citizens. This rule is the main basement of dream India.

Once again I am repeating the statement made by President John F Kennedy Don't ask what the country can do for you ? But just tell what you can do for the country. If the above two steps are followed then 50 % battle to make ideal India will be over. My brief personal opinion is already added in one of the module. In this project I want your help and valuable suggestion in detailing only then the project will get completed touch with facts and figures. 3] FOR THE BENEFIT OF MY COUNTRY AND FOR USERS AT LARGE SCALE, I AM WORKING ON THE FOLLOWING ONLINE PROJECTS VIZ. A] Vehicle tracking system In coordindiation with GPRS system, economical vehicle tracking system. ( Without toll gate option ) B] Eye scanning process To keep a track on thieves and terrorist groups from any part of the world. This Book is an effort to share my surrounding business experience and knowledge with concerns.
