ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE TREATY CALLED THE CONVENTION ON ROAD TRAFFIC AS AMENDED INSTRUMENT OF ADHERENCE AND RATIFICATION Comes now, two affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America, the Confederacy United States to petition the United States, in Congress assembled to accept and acknowledge the Treaty called the Convention on Road Traffic signed on 8 November 1968 and all of the subsequent amendments thereafter, and
By the authority of the assembly of affirmed American Nationals and the reign of the heavens World Government, and all Acts signed by the current United States, in Congress assembled are recognized by the assemblies in the various townships on 10-16-2013.
RESERVATIONS In the acceptance and acknowledgment of the obligations of the Convention on Road Traffic, The United States of America and the people thereof reserve the right(s), through The United States of America and the Government thereof, to withdraw support of the Convention on Road Traffic if the aforesaid terms and conditions are defined into an oppressive state or are used by the enemies of the original Confederacy to violate the independence and sovereignty of the people for The United States of America. Furthermore, if the terms and conditions violate any Law or Right as derived from the Most High Yahweh, Law of Nations, or the Laws of The United States of America within the reign of the heavens sphere, then support for those terms and conditions will be considered outside of the obligation parameters of the Convention on Road Traffic as the term obligation is something that you must do because it is morally right. For this particular acceptance and acknowledgment of the Convention on Road Traffic is being petitioned by the people as an act of good faith towards all other Nations and States that are parties, and that the reformed Government of The United States of America, the original Confederacy of 1781, brought forward to the present time, does in fact seek peace with all Nations and States and its old enemies. The fighting and wars must stop for the sake of the generations to come by putting away childish things and petty differences.
BE IT ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED, BY the United States, in Congress assembled at the request and petition of at least two affirmed American Nationals, and individually and collectively representing a permanent population and self governance. The current obligations of the Convention on Road Traffic are hereby accepted and acknowledged by this particular body politic, and may peace be truly proclaimed for the inhabitants in and of the World and all of the inhabitants of the Nations and States thereof. BE IT RATIFIED, by the United States, in Congress assembled on the 16th day of October, 2013,
