COMPLAINT/AFFIDAVIT
I, TERESITA C. YAMZON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with address at Unit 2805, Espaa Tower, Espaa Blvd, Manila, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and say; 1. That I am the General Manager of Mr. Wei Zhong Guo, who is my common-law spouse and owner of various units at the Espaa Tower Condominium, and by virtue of a General Power of Attorney (Attached herewith), I am authorized to manage, administer, with authority to sell and rent out the following condominium units located at the Espaa Tower, Espaa Blvd, Manila-Unit 2517, Unit 1917, Unit 2805, Unit 1902; 2. That the respondent Ms. Aurora Bondoc, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with address at 981 Prudencio St, Sampaloc, Manila and Espaa Tower Condominium Sales Office, Espaa Blvd, Manila, is my sales agent; 3. That in some instances, I entrusted and allowed Ms. Aurora Bondoc to collect the rental income due from various tenants of the units of the Espaa Tower Condominium; 4. That on the following dates, Ms. Aurora Bondoc collected the rental income from the following condominium units, and appropriated for her own use and gain the sum of money collected:

P16,000 collected from the tenant of Unit 2805 P 8,000 collected from tenant of Unit 1902

5. That I had verified with the tenants of the foregoing units and they have affirmed that they gave the money to Ms. Aurora Bondoc, who used for her personal gain the rental income collected from the said units; 6. That I am executing this Complaint/Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to file the case of ESTAFA against Ms. Aurora Bondoc for violating the trust given to her and appropriating the collection for her own gain.
