au; Allen Peter; Peter Care; Tracey Tucker Subject: Re: Ms Esther & Donna Allan The current EAP status is F4 the water level at Lenthalls Dam is currently at RL 27.35 and rising. There are four crest gates that have lowered and operated as designed and they are gates 1, 2, 3, and 4. I have contacted the FCRC Disaster Management Coordinator and his advice was that an evacuation at night under the current weather conditions would be too dangerous. Could you please provide contact numbers for those people currently residing at the property to enable the DMC to contact them. Regards Tony Marshall, Treatment Manager, WBWC Regards

I am recovering from a miscarriage and my job is to pass on WBWC advice - I find your lack of advice very distressing in the middle of the night! YOU ARE FOOLING AROUND WITH LIVES the FACT that I can access the email would indicate I am not an evacuee I am passing messages on attempting where possible to monitor the situation AS I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT FAMILY MEMBERS ! You have duty of care you must offer advice - we rely on WBWC advice as WBWC have placed us in this situation IT is inappropriate for you /WBWC not to offer advice and to play semantics with safety SEE YOUR ADVICE BELOW - WBWC refusal to advise us causes a great deal of distress Please advise us clearly as per the EAP or WBWC best guess as to what to do NEXT and do so pronto - we don't know what to do how can we know ? WHILE I HAVE SOME CHANCE OF MAKING CONTACT MYSELF Do so by phone to the number provided! We do not manage dams if WBWC don't and cant offer advice who can? You have not even advised us of what conditions you expect in the hours ahead or what to do next? WBWC manage the development - we don't It is evident that you treat this as some sort of trivial game - do you have any idea how this is? I cannot make a decision for ANYONE! my role in the EAP is to pass
