Implementation Manager Maintenance the customer relationship to develop the project implementation like site installation, commission, integration, ATP, etc. To manage project time, scope, risk and implementation supporting project controller. Participate in the meetings with Customer in order to Review the Plan, Progress, Status, Risks, and requirements. Track with cooperators: implementation plans, teams status or other issues that may affect the rollout. Take corrective actions in order to fulfill the project schedule and goals on time. Professional background: Degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. 3 Years of experience as a site engineer, project or implementation manager in telecommunications companies. Have participated in deployment of telecom projects. Project Controller Manager Plan project negotiation with costumer from initiation to closure. Coordinate with project implementation manager and cooperators. Arrange the preparations to start implementation work and track project planning. Manage and perform risk analysis for possible actions or incidents during project development. Professional background: University degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. 2 years of experience as a site engineer, project or implementation manager in telecommunications companies. Strong scheduling and vision for telecommunication projects, strong planning and controlling skills. Advance level in Excel, power point and project software. Project Manager Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions. Preparing proposals and quotations and close technical deals. Support account managers performing product presentations and approaching customers. Detect and create technical opportunities. Professional background: Degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering. 05 years experience in project deployment in telecommunications project. Knowledge in Microwave transmission and Wireless procedures. Take decisions as a whole for critical changes. DQA Engineer Participation on Quality plan meetings with customer. Support Quality manager and project manager in preparing Quality plan according with the customer requirements and objectives. Conducts spot-checks and quality audits on field during all the implementation phase. Ensure service suppliers use it correctly. Professional background: Bachelor or Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering At least 1-2 years experience in implementation planning or field management experience in projects for telephonic companies. Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE technologies. know how of cost management, cooperation/managerial skills to follow up service suppliers performance.
