The Company is looking for a suitable person for engagement as:-

ADVISOR (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT) (R&D)

Scope of Work : The scope of work includes:i) Critical technical/scientific input on R&D research programmes during formulation and execution stages to enhance value addition. ii) To give advice and guidance to NMDC technical team at R&D Centre, and lectures/courses on specific topics in recent trends. iii) To mentor for quality of work and guidance such that it results in patents and / or publication of papers in reputed international journals. iv) Review the projects and reset future research goals including collaborative research with national/international Research Development Institutes towards achieving corporate mission. Qualification & Experience: A Graduate in Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Engineering/Mining Engineering/Mineral Engineering with experience in the areas of Mining/Mineral beneficiation, agglomeration and metallurgy. He should have rich experience at senior position in the above areas with total executive experience for more than 25 years. Out of the total years of experience, he should have spent at least 5 years as Head of any unit or organisation having R & D/Laboratory set up under his control as Head/or next to the head of unit. Persons having experience in planning, execution of coal beneficiation and steel plant will have an added advantage. Age Criteria : Below 65 years Duration will be initially for a period of one year which is extendable on mutual consent. Salary and Perks: Salary and Perks are negotiable and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
