A number of references have since been received which would show that there is a need to issue further guidelines elaborating some provisions of the Act and method of its use by the general public. The guidelines have, accordingly, been prepared for the information seckers, a copy of which is enclosed. Jt is requested that these guidelines may be given wide publicity. (KG.
