experiences of all-age worship? ALL-AGE CHURCH children are part of todays church children benet from seeing their parents worship children learn from seeing other people worship
Our children benet greatly by
being in the presence of Christians of various ages. They are able to see that the faith of their parents is not a faith that they own alone, but is a faith that is important to all of these people who are gathered around them on Sunday morning. Jason Helopoulus children learn to pray by hearing prayers children learn from the songs
If attending church for years has
always meant colouring Bible pictures, singing songs to a CD, playing games, and doing crafts then we should not be surprised that our young people nd worship to be odd, uncomfortable, and even boring. Jason Helopoulus Principles Aims of all-age worship to enable the whole church family to worship God together to learn together in order to grow in our discipleship
The biggest challenge is to
communicate the concept in the simplest way possible, while remaining true to the theology. Values of all-age worship 1. BIBLE-CENTRED teach the Bible not our ideas dig deep single key idea learning objectives Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler. Albert Einstein
