SUMMARY OF CONTENT LESSONS LEARNED That we must not only concern with the quality of the output but also to have a corporate social responsibility with the environment for the better result of the production and supply chain because for me the cleanliness of the environment is a part of product branding. Processing, technique, principles, approaches and how important the total quality management and operations management in the business world in the sense of learning how to meet the quality of product which results to meet the customer wants and needs and anticipated demand of the firm and consumers. The realization of what feels like in the real business industry.

What value did you get from the field trip?

In Tri-R Industries: Maintaining and monitoring the cleanliness and organizing the proper order of the production. They identify and avoid potential dangers before and during the operation to protect their workers and also establishing standard operations. To be more productive in time of production. The value of hard work, grit, commitment and determination in the work situation

In Gourmet Farm Maintaining the right process of fertilization to meet the quality of the product by not using the chemical based pesticides which gives natural taste and vitamins to their product. To have an environmental concerned to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. To give important how the vegetables that gives satisfaction to the consumer.

Therefore, the value of tour is to educate the student which gives a great impact which it throws us the value of professionalism, to literate and also to be aware in business world. And also, it gives us understanding and appreciates our career and occupation in the future. ACTION PLAN What specific learning you have acquired from the field trip that you plan to apply to your future career?

The specific learning Ive acquired from the field trip that will be applied to the future, what is the right process of the production to meet the quality and anticipated customer demand. And also how to minimize the cost in a way of giving extrinsic or intrinsic motivation to those laborer who can notice the defects to maintain the zero defect. The application of approaches and techniques in production, like lean manufacturing, the Pareto Chart, and etc. These will helps to our future career in the sense of having knowledge about production which results also to make a great vision to build our own business in the future.

Emotionally, I feel how it feels to be in the field itself. You see workers working hard and dedicated with their work. I came to realized, that grit, determination, dedication and hardwork is something I want to obtain. Because you do not work for money but also to get self-fulfillment independently. In addition we must create a meaningful life which also inspired to others because achieving our success is not like a blink of an eye, it also required grit, determination, dedication and harwork. As a business student, field trip is like a stepping stone of benchmarking by observing what and how the production goes, which helps us to transform our personal capability and idea. In this way, we gained an idea to visualize the process of production which gives us knowledge about quality of production and operation management which can be applied in the future. It is like the tour put me out of the box of limitations in my vision. It motivates us, to make a vision that we will not become a whole life employee but also someday we will make our own company. In that vision, it leads us, motivates us and fully committed with our vision to become a successful. The essence of this field trip is to literate the students and to have a professionalism with our ego. So, in this way it transforms to the student in a way of having an actualization of the production they must apply it and be ready enough what feels like in the real field of business.
