FLIGHT ATTENDANT INTERVIEW EMPLOYER: Good morning, lady. My name is George Murray and Ill be your interviewer today.

First of all, can you tell me your name, age and how did you find this job offer? GIRL: Good morning, sir. My name is Margaret Smith and Im 24 years old. I checked the job offer in the local newspaper and I was very interesting in applyingi to this job. EMPLOYER: OK. Why do you want to become a flight attendant? GIRL: Because I love flying. I know the importance and responsibility of a flight attendant and I also have the energy for that. Additionally, I like helping people and I think I could be a good worker. EMPLOYER: Its good to hear that. We actually need very supportive people who can work under pressure and with a very irregular scheduleii. GIRL: Im very patient and I respect others. I love team work and I obey all the orders given by my supervisors. EMPLOYER: Excellent! But, do you know that youll have to deal with different people on the plane? Especially our clients. Some of them can be very rude with the flight attendants. GIRL: I know. But dont worry, I can offer a wonderful service and I wont be disrespectful to rude clients. EMPLOYER: Wow, I think youre the girl we are looking for! However, I see in your resumeiii that you dont have experience and we need someone who has qualificationsiv. What can you tell me about that? GIRL: Im a woman who learns very quickly. If you give me the opportunity, I can show you that Im very responsible and Im very enthusiastic. Just give me the chance and you wont have any regretsv.
