GLUING AND FILLING PRODUCTS / MASTICS

Features: Jolly mastics for marble is formulated with combined synthetic resins. It is mainly used for gluing and filling all types of marbles and natural stones. It has strong adhesive properties, becomes hard and perfectly polishable after drying time. They are available in Tixo, semisolid and liquid which facilitate application and fast drying properties quicken production lines. The liquid and semisolid versions are perfect for normal applications where as the tixo density is suitable for vertical applications. Instruction for use: Make sure to thoroughly clean whatever surface area you wish to bond together. Take from the tin the necessary amount of glue, using clean tools and add 1-3 gram of catalyst for 100 gm of product.

COLOURED MASTICS:
They are available in ten colours Beige, White, Black, Red, Basaltina, Grigio, Rosa Asiago, Rosso Verona, Jura Scuro, Verde and Dark Straw. Hardner paste is included. Their technical details are as follows: Gel time Dry to touch (25c) Polishable (25C) 2-6 min. 5-20 min. after 30 min.

TIXO/SEMISOLID/LIQUID STRAW (SOLID/SEMISOLID/LIQUID PAGLIERINO): It is classic beige colour mastic used to fill holes, to join marble slabs,for bull nosing and to make joints in beige coloured marble. Packing: Tixo and Liquid straw inLT1, KG1L, KG0.25 and Semisolid in LT1.

TIXO/LIQUIDO BIANCO (SOLID/LIQUID WHITE): Used for filling holes and making joints on white marbles. Packing: Available in LT1, KG1L and KG 0.25. TIXO/LIQUIDO NERO (SOLID/LIQUID BLACK): Used for filling holes and making joints on black marbles. Packing: Available in LT1. TIXO/LIQUIDO ROSSO VERONO (SOLID/LIQUID ROSSO VERONA): Used for filling holes and making joints on Red marbles. Packing: Available in Lt1. TIXO BASALTINA/GRIGIO/ROSSA ASIAGO/ROSSO VERONA/JURA SCURO/VERDE DARK STRAW: Used for filling holes and making joints on different coloured marbles. Packing: Available in LT1 packing. AND

TRANSPARENTE LIQUIDO/TIXO GOLD (LIQUID TRANSPARENTE/SOLID TRANSPERENTE):

They are clear mastics based on polyester resins. Hardner paste is included. The Liquid Transparent is suitable for filling horizontal slabs and remains clear even after the catalyst, and with time. The Tixo gold types come as a gel. It is very easy to apply, extremely versatile, and after catalysis, extraordinarily clear. It doesn't turn yellow with time. JOLLY/TIXO GLASS(LIQUID/SOLID CRYSTAL):

Jolly Glass is based on combined synthetic resins and it is mainly used to weld and fill all types of marbles and natural stones. With its very strong grip, it becomes very hard and perfectly polishable after hardening. In liquid and tixo densities, Jolly Glass is absolutely clear, suitable for particular works including filling travertine, leaving the typical marble's holes visible, and for artistic or precision works. It doesn't turn yellow with time. It supplied with liquid hardener. LIQUID GLASS/GLASS GEL FOR WET SURFACE (NEW PRODUCT):

This mastic based on polyester resin is a revolutionary product. Suitable to weld or fill any humid or even totally wet marble. It can be added to water up to 10% of its volume without showing any failure in ht adhesion process. The catalysis takes place by using a traditional Hardner paste. JOLLY HIGH GLUING POWER (NEW PRODUCT):

This mastic with a superior gluing power is based on particularly tenacious polyester resins, for unbeatable adhesions compared with any other polyester products. It is therefore suitable for all works where a particular adhesion is required, but also provides all the other typical mastics features. Specifically ideal for reconstruction works and gluing works on granites. It is catalysed with hardener paste. Available densities: solid and liquid: available colours: clear and black. Packing: Available is KG1 packed in box containing 12pcs.

EPOKITT EPOXY SYSTEM (RIVO 50):

The Epoxy System Kit includes mastic and hardener in the ratio of 1:1 in weight, suitable for gluing marbles, granites and stones. The system is particularly needful in critical situations like those surfaces exposed to chemicals and atmospheric agents or particularly fragile supports, also suitable for adhesion between heterogeneous materials (brick, marble, granite, wood, aluminium, iron) and thanks to the high reactivity can also be used at low temperatures.

The Epoxy System, solvent free, has a soft consistency allowing also a vertical application. The improved formula as for laying and the easier application makes it the best solution for all most difficult situations. Their technical details are as follows:

COLOURING PASTE:
The easy colour system allows any marble worker to obtain the right colour he needs for his own mastic, the shade he prefers, totally by doing it himself. Available in white, yellow, red, brown, green and black colours. Packing: Available in 80 gms packing

LINEA BLUE:
It is a revolutionary range of professional products, totally styrene free , with a low environmental impact and exactly the same proven effectiveness as the similar solvent based products. Also it complies with European directives on environment and safety: the LINEA BLU range of products do not require any health warnings therefore helps to keep the working area free from any chemical risk. Working with the LINEA BLU range does not produce any dangerous waste and can be therefore disposed of along with ordinary industrial waste. Furthermore, the absence of volatile organic solvents stops the spread of any volatile components into the atmosphere, considerably increasing the performance of the product.

BLUE MASTIC WITHOUT STYRENE: It is two components mastic based on acrylic and methacrylate high-boiling solvents and unsaturated polyester resins with a fast drying. The styrene free BLU mastic, with low solvent content, does not show any warnings or danger to human health, still proving the same effectiveness as the other solvent based mastics produced by ILPA. Excellent for all types of filling and gluing works on marble granite: BLU mastic is now available both Tixo and liquid in order to match most of the working needs. Packing: Available in KG1.25 in a box containing 12pcs.

RESINS:
The wide range of polyester and epoxy resins covers all professional end-user's needs , with many different products ,in order to satisfy all requests from modern building industry and restoration works.

R25(RESIN T8,GOLDEN COLOURED):

Unsaturated polyester resin , containing amino accelerator which allows the hardening of the product even at temperatures around 0C.Liquid Hardner is included. Specific Weight (20 C) (g/ l) Viscosity at (23 C) 1.13 1500 Pas

Packing: Available in KG1 packing in a box containing 12pcs. Clean carefully the surface to be treated. Mix the resin with the enclosed hardener in paste in the ratio of 3-5%. Impregnate the treated slab thoroughly. Wait for the treated slab to be perfectly dry (after about 1 hour) and then start polishing.

BD-24 (Resin T-8,COLOURLESS):

Clear polyester- based resin for marble and natural stones. Colourless and stable to light; suitable for filling and invisible gluing of slabs or to reinforce them by applying a fiberglass net on the underside. Liquid Hardner is included. Their technical details are as follows: Specific Weight (20C) (g/l) 1105 Solids by weight 60% Viscosity 150 cP Colour Green - Blue Gel Time 4-6 min. Exothemic peak 11-18 minutes, 183-195 C Volumetric Shrinkage 8.6% Packing: Available in KG1 packing in a box containing 12pcs. Take back carefully the surface to be treated. Mix the resin BD24M with the enclosed liquid hardener in the ratio of 3-5%. Impregnate the treated slab thoroughly. Wait for the treated slab to be perfectly dry (after about 1 hour) and then start polishing.
