Financial Performance: The Company recorded net

income in 2011 at IDR 2.498 trillion, or higher than IDR 1.103
trillion recorded in 2010 due to increase in net sales from IDR
8.8 trillion to IDR 10.772 trillion.
Brief History: As a member of the Astra International
Group, the company has grown and expanded into one of the
largest oil palm plantations in Indonesia. Among noteworthy
events in the course of its history since its establishment in
1988 was its listing in both the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges in 1997, offering a total of 125.8 million shares to the
public, as well as the issuance of corporate bonds in 2000. Today the company is the proud owner of 188,831 hectares of
cultivated palm oil estates, accounting for 92.7% of the total
203,780 hectares plantations area. The remaining 7.3% of the
plantations area comprises rubber, tea, and cocoa.
