    Dear Judge Bennan:
    I am a member of Local 157 ofthe District Council ofCarpenters. I write to you today to
    object to the Letter and Findings of Dennis M, Walsh, Review Officer dated September 24,
    2013. My request is that the Court set a date at which I may appear pro se, or by counsel to be
    heard and/or formally submit in writing the basis for my objection.
    This matter involves my disapproval by the Review Officer as a candidate for the office
    of Executive Secretary-Treasurer. Rather than have a new schedule set with new candidates, I
    am requesting that this Court first provide me the opportunity at a date to be determined to state
    my case for approval,
    I may be contacted by email or phone as need be. Copies ofthis letter were emailed to the
    parties indicated below.
