--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PROXY VOTE EXPLANATION Below is a detailed explanation of the proxy vote process as described in the Declaration of Covenants and the By-Laws for Kylyns Ridge Home Owners Association. Declaration of Covenants, Article III, Section 5, Voting Rights The voting member may be the Owner or may be a person designated in writing by such owner to act as Proxy on his behalf and who need not be an owner. Such designation shall be made in writing by the Owner to the Board and shall be revocable at any time by actual notice to the Board of the death or judicially declared incompetence of any designator, or by written notice to the Board by the Owner By-Laws, Article III Meeting of Members, Section 5 Proxies At all meetings of members, each member may vote in person or by proxy. All proxies shall be in w riting and filed with the Secretary. Every proxy shall be revocable and shall automatically cease upon conveyance by the member of his Lot. Note: In order to provide a uniformity of this process the above form has been established and should be used to convey your proxy to the Secretary/Treasurer. The Board requests that all proxies be filed with the Secretary/Treasurer or management company a minimum of 72 hours prior to any meeting of the members. Any proxy that is mailed or emailed and not delivered in person by the owner of record shall be notarized by a notary public to ensure legitimacy. As stated above your proxy will be valid until you provide written notice to the Secretary/Treasurer that you wish to revoke your proxy.
