The Company was established in 1976 under the name PT. Indomobil Investment Corporation and in 1997 performed business combination (merger) with PT. Indomulti Inti Industri Tbk. Since thats when the status of the Company became a public company with name of PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, with its headquarters in Wisma Indomobil I, 6th oor, Jl. MT. Kav.8 Haryono, East Jakarta. Line of Business of the Company and its subsidiaries include: brand licensees, distributors vehicle sales, after sales services, motor vehicle assembly, automotive component manufacturer, and distributor of spare parts. In addition, to assist consumers in meeting the needs of the vehicle, the Company and its subsidiaries also offer automotive nancing services, distribution of lubricating oils and other supporting business group. All products are prepared to meet customer needs and satisfaction with the quality standards guaranteed by the company principals and supported by excellent after sales service through networks 3S (Sales, Service, and Spareparts) spread across Indonesia. The Company manages well-known brands with an international reputation which includes Audi, Chery, Foton, Great Wall, Hino, Kalmar, Liugong, Manitou, Nissan, Renault, Ssangyong, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Volvo, Volvo Truck, and Mack Truck. The products offered include the types of motorcycles, automobiles, buses, trucks, forklifts, and other transportation.
