The six Engineers were selected for the interview to expand the Job Embeddedness model in our scenario three each from civil and defense sector. The questionnaire was discuss with them and questions were asked from them that which question can be added more in the dimension of Job Embeddedness model to make it more applicable in our scenario.

1. Could you tell me about your Organization, Current Position and Experience? Interview 1 I am working in National Engineering and Scientific Commission (NESCOM) the Defense oriented R&D organization in Pakistan as a Manager since four year and my total experience is eight years. Interview 2 I am working in National Engineering and Scientific Commission (NESCOM) the Defense oriented R&D organization in Pakistan as an Assistant Manager since three years and my total experience is five years. Interview 3 I am working in National Engineering and Scientific Commission (NESCOM) the Defense oriented R&D organization in Pakistan as an Assistant Manager since two years and my total experience is three years. 2. What do you think the questions in the dimension of Fit to Community of Job Embeddedness model can be added to cover all the dimensions in our scenario and make this dimension more reliable? Interview 1 The better education facility that is available in major cities of Pakistan can be important in this aspect to be added. Interview 2 I think this dimension covers all aspect and nothing more can be added. Interview 3

The questions related to parental location can be important in this aspect to make this dimension better.

3. What do you think the questions in the dimension of Link to Community of Job Embeddedness model can be added to cover all the dimensions in our scenario and make this dimension more reliable? Interview 1 The question related to organization society or colony in which you are living can be important to enhance this dimension.

Interview 2 I think this dimension covers all aspect and nothing more can be added. Interview 3 The questions related to nearby market, shopping malls in society in which you are living can be added to make it better. Also the religious aspect can be added in this dimension. 4. What do you think the questions in the dimension of Sacrifice to Community of Job Embeddedness model can be added to cover all the dimensions in our scenario and make this dimension more reliable? Interview 1 I think this dimension covers all aspect and nothing more can be added. Interview 2 The questions related to theft, street crimes can be added in this dimension. Interview 3 The questions related to neighbors can be added in this dimension. Also the question related to children relations or friendship with the neighbors children can be added that what will be the effect on them after relocation from the community. 5. Interview 2 The questions related to location of workplace, Working environment and Hierarchy chart cab be added in this dimension. Interview 3 The question related to learning from the seniors and respect from the juniors can be added in this dimension. 7. Interview 3 Question related to job security concern of family and personal growth can be added in this aspect. 10. The questions related utilities like Electricity etc. should be added in this aspect to make this dimension better.
