SUNDAY
With Zumba to warm you up before the race and a packed programme of live music running throughout the rest of the day, shift any pesky lactic acid with some celebratory post-race dancing at our main stage. The live music lineup runs throughout the day to provide the perfect nish to your day.

As the runners hug the edge of Cardiff Bay, watch as they pass under the wooden bridge and past the Wales Millennium Centre. Well have a lively entertainment zone to boost everyones spirits.

Roath Park Lake

Watch your loved ones twice as they reach Roath Park Lake at mile 10 and 12. The picturesque location gives you the opportunity to cheer the runners as they loop round the lake before a short, sharp climb at Cathays Cemetery.
