Background: ECW as a non-governmental, non-political, and non-for profit humanitarian organization working in Afghanistan since 1997. ECW is registered with ministry of economy with registration number 161 as a non-governmental organization. ECW is working for Afghan society to empower them to sustain their development through Gender Development, Peacebuilding, Good Governance, Investing in People and Access to Justice. The organization is seeking qualified professionals to assume the responsibilities of Provincial Managers under the access to justice strategic goal in Kunduz, Parwan, Nangarhar and Badakhshan Provinces.

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Undertake, supervise, management and evaluate all staff. 2. Train staff members, counseling them and support them in term of administration and etc. 3. Project weekly and monthly reporting to program manager and supervise admin, logistic, finance and program activities in the field. Submit all required reports timely to main office for each activity according to work plan. 4. Cooperation with the main office, donor agency and relevant stakeholders including of governmental organization. 5. Make analyses of target and achievement of project activities, meet with staff on weekly bases (daily as needed) to review, set agenda and high light problems and find the solution. 6. Ability to work in districts and travel to each location where the project is implementing. 7. Organize, lead, supervise and monitoring of training workshops and meetings. 8. Coordination with local, national and international media. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE 1. 2. 3. 4. LLB - University Baccalaureate degree in Law. Computer Knowledge. Good Communication Skills in English, Dari and Pashtoo. Good management Skills, training skills, Literacy and reporting is highly preferred. 5. Minimum 3 Years experience in similar position.
