Business plan EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Replay is a local business that provides creative accessories that can provide solutions

to the environmental issues of today and somehow improve our situation. Replays accessories would definitely perk the peoples interests, because of its low prices, and most especially its advocacies. We started in our school, Elizabeth Seton School-South, and since we project our return of investment by ______, we plan to branch out into other locations, such as malls. We also plan on venturing to other environment-friendly products, such as bags, etc., and partnering up with famous Filipino designers to improve our designs. Although it is only a local business, our company is aware of the strong market of environment-concerned individuals outside the Philippines, so we also plan to invest for international growth in the future. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION History and description Replay is a newly established business that was started by a group of students as their TLE project during the first half of 2010. Replay got its name from two words Re- and play (Re from reuse and play- "playing" with materials and objects, trying to find ways to transform these into quality accessories). The main reason why the owners chose this kind of business is because the products are durable and they want to help save the environment. Replay is a manufacturing type of business that offers different styles and even personalized necklaces made out of recycled materials. The owners sell their products through retail. The business caters to different classes of consumers who look beyond the fancy accessory and jewelry stores for those expressions of individual personality and style. In addition to the offering of unique products, unparalleled customer service, quality; the value will complement the customer experience. MISSION Replays roadmap starts with its mission, which declares its purpose as a company and serves as the standard against which the owners weigh their actions and decisions. Replay's mission will be the guide to its success. The business aims to offer customers with recycled, ecofriendly, and high quality made products. It is a business for the quality- and style-conscious consumer. Providing unique, eclectic and affordable necklaces, we intend to generate a fair return to finance continued growth and expanded community involvement. VISION: Replays vision serves as the framework for its roadmap and guides every aspect of the business by describing what the owners need to accomplish in order to continue achieving sustainable, quality growth. Replay is continuously finding ways to innovate their products. We are going to experiment with more recycled materials, ensuring quality and affordability for the people. We also plan to partner up with some famous Filipino designers, to get more attractive designs and be able to expand the market more. We also plan to start up our own website, where people can order from anywhere around the world, and the accessories they ordered will be delivered straight to their doors. MARKET ANALYSIS These days, the call for saving our planet is evident. More and more people become aware of this situation our planets in. Younger people tend to be more open-minded, and this is where Replay comes in. Most of our products are for females, because they are fonder of using accessories. This makes them our primary target market (but we have designs for males too). From our market testing and the survey we conducted, we have observed that most of our customers and potential buyers are female age 11 to 16 years old. Only 2 males (out of 15 males surveyed) are fond of buying accessories. All of the students surveyed showed interest in saving the environment but not all are interested in buying products made of recycled materials. For those who are fond of buying accessories, mostly female, commonly buy necklaces. In the school, one of our competitors is Super Bags. We treat them as a competitor because their product is made up of recycled materials too. Outside the school, our competitors would probably be Marcella, Broadway Gems, and other online shops that sell accessories like Replays. This encourages sales from environmentally concerned individuals. We convince customers to buy by approaching them ourselves and presenting information about our products. We offer personalized accessories, which gives our customers the freedom to choose the design they like. We started promoting our business through word of mouth, eventually making use of social networking sites in order to increase awareness about our business. Since our location is inside a school, more kids buy our products. Production Plan Pre-production: We plan out the designs, compare the prices of the different materials needed for our products, finding recyclable materials, setting out the prices Production: Buying the materials, making of the actual products Post-Production: Test marketing, polishing of products, and finally releasing the product to the market. CRITICAL RISKS Strengths

1. We sell eco friendly accessories. 2. Our product is considered something new in the market because most of the recycled
things that are available in the market are bags(e.g. Rags2Riches).

3. Nowadays, many people help the environment by buying recycled stuff and we can say
that our product can profit. This is based on our survey which shows that 80% of the respondents is willing to help the environment by buying recycled things. 4. Our product is unique because of the different designs and different materials that we have. Weaknesses
