The amount of excitement, the Middle East Process Engineering
Conference and Exhibition has generated in this last few
months is truly astounding. For being just in its second year,
the event promises to a great crowd puller and a meeting ground
for the industry and the technology providers. For the first time
ever, the committee is also recognising women excellence in
the industry - right from a rising star to a mentor; and I am
honoured to be part of that judging process. So, see you all in
Bahrain for MEPEC.

Most plastics dont biodegrade, but ecovio
plastics
from BASF disappear completely when composted in
a controlled environment. Using compostable bags for
collection of organic waste makes disposal more hygienic
and convenient. Rather than ending up in landlls, the
waste is turned into valuable compost. When the plastic
bag you use today can mean a cleaner future for the
environment, its because at BASF, we create chemistry.
