StateTransTraffRedundCoef

MO Parameter ID Parameter Name NE MML Command Meaning UUESTATETRANS StateTransTraffRedundCoef Redundancy Coeff for State Transition BSC6900 SET UUESTATETRANS Redundancy coefficient for event 4B measurement reports in the optimized state transition algorithm. This parameter is used to minimize incorrect UE activity decisions caused by loss of traffic volume or throughput reports. Event 4B report threshold = Maximum number of event 4B reports for traffic volume or throughput x "StateTransTraffRedundCoef". A UE is regarded as in the low activity state if the number of received event 4B reports in the period specified by the state transition timer is greater than the event 4B report threshold. This parameter is an advanced parameter. To modify this parameter, contact Huawei Customer Service Center for technical support. Setting this parameter to a larger value causes UE to stay in the CELL_DCH or CELL_FACH state for a long time, leading to network resource congestion. Setting this parameter to a smaller value increases the possibility of unnecessary state transitions. Versions earlier than BSC6900 V900R011 Radio
