SUBMITTALS A. B. Submit shop drawings. Submit shop drawings indicating components, assembly, dimensions, weights and loadings, required clearances and location and sizes of field connections. Submit product data inidicating rated capacities, weights, dimension, specialities, and accessories, electrical requirements and wiring diagrams. Submit written certification that components of package not furnished by manufacturer have been selected in accordance with manufacturers requirements. Submit manufacturers installations under provision of applicable sections.

DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING A. B. C. Deliver products to site under applicable sections. Store & protect products under applicable sections. Comply with manufacturers installation instructions for rigging, unloading and transporting units. Protect units on site from physical damage.

AIR COMPRESSOR AND DRYER A. Provide statutory, single stage, oil injected electric driven screw compressors. Unit shall be complete with air intake filter, screw compressor, air / oil separator, oil cooler, after-cooler, built-in refrigerated air dryer and TEFC motor. Provide compressor having a capacity of 164-222 l/s at a pressure of 7.2-12.75 bars. Power supply shall be 380V/ 3 Ph/ 60 Hz. Provide air compressor with fully automatic monitoring and control system. Provide compressor Model GA-75-100 as manufactured by ATLAS COPCO

AIR FILTERS A. Provide general protection filter capable of removing particles down to 1 micron, removing liquid water, maximum remaining oil content of 0.5 mg/m3 at 21 OC, at 7 bar, 16 bar pressure rating. Provide high efficiency filter capable of particle removal down to 0.01 micron and remaining oil content of 0.01 mg/m3 at 21 OC, 7 bar, 16 bar pressure rating.

AIR RECEIVER A. Provide vertical type air receiver, heavy duty galvanized steel with 2000 l capacity. Pressure tested at 11 bar. Complete with inlet and outlet ports, manometer, safety valve, automatic condensate drain.

PART 3 EXECUTION 3.01 INSTALLATION A. B. C. Install in accordance with manufacturers instruction on concrete foundation. Connect to electric service. Connect to compressed air piping, arranging piping for easy maintenance of equipment and replacement of parts. MANUFACTURERS FIELD SERVICE A. B. Prepare and start systems as per manufacturers instructions. Supply service of factory trained representatives to supervise testing, start-up and instruction on operation and maintenance to owner.

DEMONSTRATION A. B. Provide systems demonstration under Section 15990. Demonstrate system operation and verify specified performance.
