WALLS External walls are of a durable one-piece construction with high-performance, lowmaintenance plastisol-coated galvanised steel cladding to offer protection against fire, extreme weather and accidental damage. Internally, the walls are of vinylfaced plasterboard, providing a wipe-clean finish.

ROOF Outstanding insulation is provided by the construction of the roof. The roof deck is of one-piece construction and is impact resistant. It is covered with solar-reflective, profiled aluminium-zinc coated steel to reduce heat gain. Internally, the polyestercoated galvanised steel ceiling is designed to prevent condensation problems and has a low-maintenance finish.

BUILDING LAYOUT The Ultima system uses complete modules to construct buildings with unlimited floor area. Additional storeys may be added at any time (to a maximum of four) if the appropriate foundations have been laid. A variety of room layouts can be achieved by the installation of partition walls.

In line stairs: all flights are in one line, with a landing at least every 17 steps, or according to local specifications; Composition The staircase is partly pre-assembled in the factory, using bolts and rivets. Final assembly of the staircase is executed on the construction site. The staircase is fixed to the wall using bolts and aluminum alloy profiles.

Paredes Las paredes externas son de una forma duradera construccin de una sola pieza con alto rendimiento, bajo mantenimiento plastisol recubiertos revestimiento de acero galvanizado para ofrecer proteccin contra el fuego, el clima extremo y el dao accidental. Internamente, las paredes son de yeso laminado de vinilo de cara, proporcionando un acabado fcil de limpiar.

Plantas adicionales pueden aadirse en cualquier momento (hasta un mximo de cuatro) si se han puesto los cimientos adecuados. Una variedad de diseos de habitaciones se puede lograr mediante la instalacin de las paredes de particin.
